Casa degli Amici is an apartment for holidays in the old town centre of Ostuni. The holiday home, by the ancient white walls, is the ideal solution for a holiday in a typical Apulian area, with exceptional panoramic view on
the sea from the Itria Valley to the Adriatic coast. The cozy holiday
home, which was renovated recently, is furnished with modern and design
elements.
Casa degli Amici is on two floors, with two
entrances. The main is through an ancient staircase surrounded by
charming white balconies and stairs in the small centre of Ostuni. 
The holiday home opens into a large living room
under suggestive star-vaulted ceiling with exposed stones, with the
comfortable sofa, tv and windows with panoramic view. A snall staircase
takes to the modern and fully-equipped kitchen, the balcony with view on the Città Bianca
and the glass doors overlooking the yard. The balcony is furnished as
an outdoor dining area with barbecue. The stairs take to the terrace with solarium and beach beds, armchairs and outdoor shower. On this floor there is a bathroom with tub. 
The wooden spiral staircase in the living room takes to the lower floor, which is the sleeping area that consists of 3 double bedrooms, two of which with ensuite bathroom. The second entrance, through the ancient walls, open into this floor.

charming Casa degli Amici is in a lovely position in the old town
centre, on the ancient walls, with a beautiful view. It`s within walking
distance from typical restaurants and the town square and a short drive
away from the beaches of the Adriatic coast. A holiday in the old town
centre of Ostuni is a lovely experience which makes you live the true
Apulian essence.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.

- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.

- Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory extra price is euro 25 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.

- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
