I would not recommend this place. I felt this house could have been so nice if they had actually put some effort. Essentially it was a slew of problems during my visit. I felt like I was always reach out in regards to one problem or another each day I was there. I mean the living rooming ceiling was literally leaking at one point and I sent it to the host and still nothing was dont to try and rectify it. The beds are atrocious. The leaking ceiling, non working dirty ac, dirty pool, balcony door unable to lock, main entrance door takes considerable effort to open or close. The list goes on and on. I would recommend anyone to look elsewhere.

Needs work

This property needs to be cleaned & painted, top to bottom. The beds on the third floor are comfortable. The remaining beds, the couches, & the dining tables need to be replaced. A dresser in each bedroom would be nice.

Safe Location

This town home is located right off Bay Street. Very Safe location and 5 mins in a car from Down Town Nassau. My navigation system wasn't accurate and when I called the office Captain Sid was beyond helpful, met us and led us to the correct address. She is so kind! Gave us tips on where to get food and where to visit. She even hooked us up with a boat ride to the island where you can swim with the Piggies! We needed a ride a few times and she had someone come and pick us up, a very trusted individual. Everyone is so kind and helpful. There were only 4 of us but it would accommodate 8 easily. It was too cold to swim but the pool was clean. I would def hang out at Junkanoo beach thats were is at. Fun, music, food and drinks. We had a wonderful time.

So So

Poor communication with the Host. We NEVER met this person. Keys left on the table for the check in process. Never advised us how to lock the door. It took 3 days to receive extra towels. Host did not tell us where the trash can was hiding for days days. Rats near shed. Huge water bugs in the house. Third level is for kids or adults on the thinner side. The steps are very narrow. The pictures are very deceiving. MOST IMPORTANTLY, they need to replace the cardboard mattresses. By far the worst beds we have EVER slept on. One positive thing is, the AC was very cold. Walking distance to the Fish Fry was a plus.
