Large house was clean and everything was there. One bed was broken and a light was flashing on and off but otherwise all ok. Handy for the trams and the station. Would go again.

Very well located with easy access to the beach, trams and local restaurants/supermarkets. The house is very comfortable with plenty of seating in the lounge and dining areas. The kitchen had everything we needed and all the bedrooms and bathrooms were exactly as described. Communication with the host was very good and very helpful. An excellent property to stay at whilst in the Blackpool area.I would definitely recommend and will return in the future.

Great location, close to the tram and shops around if you run out of everything. We was a group of 12 adults and kids and it’s a very spacious house so we never felt too overcrowded. We are booking again for next year

The house was perfect, well-stocked, and in a great location. Having a dedicated parking space was so helpful. Jennifer was incredibly responsive and answered all the questions I had without delay. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the Blackpool area! Thank you, Jennifer!

House is nicely decorated. However, it could do with a deep clean. Floors and surfaces looked clean but they weren’t and kids’ socks were black. Mattresses thin and very uncomfortable, could feel the springs. Some of the windows don’t open, not helpful in the heat. Kitchen needs way more utensils and crockery given size of house. Also not enough bathrooms given the size.

Outstanding property in great location

Beautiful home, excellent facilities on all floors. Large and spacious for our group of adults and children. Loved the sitting room and dining room for eating and board games. Outside space a bonus.

Minutes from pub, shops, restaurants and tram line. The house has plenty of social space to accommodate everyone. Good communications with easy check in and out. Looking to book again next year.

Weekend with friends

Nice property, good location for local shops and restaurants. 100 yards away from tram stop in to Blackpool. Perfect place for a weekend meet up with friends with teenagers and older children.

Top find

6 chaps stayed for The Rebellion Festival over 4 nights. It was home from home. Location was perfect, walked to Winter Gardens each day then taxi back for £10-12. Thoughtful host.

Good size of property for family get together with plenty of room for everyone. Adults, teenagers and younger and all had plenty of space. Tram stop 2 mins walk away, great pub/restaurant at the end of the street and big supermarket nearby .

Wonderful house. Great, fast communication with owner. Easy check-in/out. Nice little touches added in fridge!. House very clean and beautiful clean bathrooms, beds very comfy. Kids loved it.

Two minute walk from the Tram & Promenade. Blackpool Tower 15 mins on the Tram, 45 minute walk. Beach at Bispham good for dogs (and the family). Sainsbury's 5 minute walk away. Loads of cafes & restaurants in Bispham, again 5 minute walk from property. House really good for a family holiday, Jennifer made sure there was everything we needed for our toddler.

Brilliant location, great for families

There was 10 of us in total 6 adults and 3 children the property catered for all. The location meant we only had to use the trams and not our cars which saved us a lot of time and effort. The kitchen was modern and had everything we could have asked for. There were 3 bathrooms which was a god send. And brought seats in the living space for us all to sit. Thank you to Jennifer for being a lovely host

The property was easy to find and plenty of parking for what we needed. Great location and not far from the tram to then catch to take you along the promenade. There was a lovely welcome drinks from the host that were a lovely touch as well as items for tea and coffee. Really confortable beds, only downfall was the draught from some of the windows and no curtains to protect you from the chill. We had to tape one of the windows up on the top floor because the wind was really bad and my young boy was freezing. Had an issue with the heating when we forst arrived but the owner had someone come out within the hour to fix it and that I really appreciated so thank you.
