We had a wonderful stay, thank you to Martina and the whole family for their warm, caring welcome, for their help when needed and the daily cleaning of the pool. The house is exactly as it looks in the photos and very clean. And the garden is amazing with the view on the forest and the mountains, I already miss it !We discovered a truly beautiful area, went to Pise, the Cinque Terre... We highly recommend this place. It takes a little effort to get there because of the many small roads, but it is incredibly peaceful and relaxing !

June 24 1 Week

Very good communication from the owners before and throughout our stay. The property is very well equipped and we really enjoyed the pool area and garden. This is a more rural part of Tuscany, but Lucca, Pisa and Florence etc can be reached by car, or car and train. A lovely place to stay.

Very friendly owners welcomed us at this beautiful spot at the edge of the forest. All The facilities you might want or need are (new) in the house or in the garden. The beautiful pool was all to our selves and the view is excellent.

Very nice holiday

The holdiday house is very nice, with a very good pool. Both a well cleaned. Very nice garden, beautiful surroundings and nature. The owners are very sweet, a good reception on arrival. They also take care of the daily maintenance of the pool, without violating your privacy.

Week in Tuscany

We stayed here in August 2022 (2 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 3). The villa is newly renovated, spotlessly clean, and in a location that offered us complete quiet; the views of the mountains were absolutely stunning. We enjoyed the pool each day, as well as the opportunity to dine outside and use the firepit each evening. 100% recommend.

Beautiful and relaxing

Wonderful hosts. Clean and lovely villa. Stunning views. The local shop has basics and the bar is friendly and welcoming. A car is essential. The local restaurants and larger shop are about 10 minutes drive. We had a lovely and relaxing holiday and we all enjoyed the pool.

Incredible Garden, Peace and Silence

We loved our stay at the house. It was extremely clean and the lovely owners put a lot of thought in every detail. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is even an outside fire place and BBQ. You can walk 10 minutes to a small coffee shop/bar with cold snacks and a kiosk included for basic needs. A bigger grocery store, Camporgiano Train Station, and some restaurants are a 10 minute drive by car. The communication with the owners was really good and super kind. We would love to come back again and thank you for the wine!

Mountain Retreat

This is an excellent holiday property. You climb up to it via hairpin bends so take your time and just let the locals pass you in thier Fiat Pandas. The house is a few hunded metres out of village and such a tranquil spot. I almost dont want to give a god review to stop this place becoming to booked up for my next visit but that would be selfish. On the first morning when you throw open the french doors and sit and take in the views you will know you made the right choice. The hosts pop along each morning and clean the pool for you. We used to sunbathe in or by the pool until afterlunch then go and exploreintbe afternoon. We went through the mountains to the coast and beach watching the sun go down whilst standing on the pier. Then drove to lucca for supper. One afternoon we visited pisa and paid for parking near to the tower. One afternoon we did bagni de lucca and barga We also watched the sun go down and casting wonderful sun light over the mountain and trees at lake gramalazzo before eating in a taverna. We walked up to the fortess and then recovered whilst drinking lovelly cold drinks and trying to work out how some one drove thier Fiat panda up a parked outside the gates. In summary as long as you are confident driving on the wrong side of the road dont hesitate and book this house you will not be dissapointed.

Eine kleine Anmerkung, was man vielleicht wissen sollte...
