AP203 - Urbanización Hacienda

Lovely spacious and well equipped terraced house, close to the Burriana beach and the centre of town. Situated in a gated urbanisation with gardens a large communal pool it’s an ideal location for families and couples alike.

The house is built over two floors, on the ground level there is a large lounge / dining area, with open fireplace, comfortable sofas, large flat screen TV, patio doors lead out on to a pretty terrace with views of the sea and the local mountains. The kitchen is totally separate and is fully fitted with ceramic hob, electric oven, large fridge freezer, microwave and dish washer and is equipped with all modern conveniences. On this level there is also a cloak room with WC and washing machine.
A spiral staircase leads to the second floor where there are three bedrooms, one large double room with fitted wardrobes en suite shower room and a Juliette balcony, a twin room and a room with bunk beds; both with fitted wardrobe and access to a small balcony these two rooms share a full bathroom.
All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and there is free wifi internet service
