Refurbished Villa With Private Garden And Large Terraces

A refurbished detached villa in an imposing, yet quiet, location in the principal Capistrano development of El Capistrano Village. There is car parking immediately outside the villa, and the communal swimming pools, restaurant, bar and shop are a few minutes' walk away. This property has been totally refitted to a high standard with new furniture and brand new kitchen and bathrooms, whilst also maintaining some of the original Capistrano furniture in the bedrooms. The villa has a large open-plan living area with fully-fitted kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine), which leads onto a large sun terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, as well as a portable BBQ, and from there, steps take you down to the private garden. On the ground (entrance) floor there is also a double bedroom and a shower room with WC. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, which also share a terrace which is furnished with comfy chairs and a table. The bedrooms share a spacious shower room. The house also benefits from a large roof terrace with wonderful views.
