A 3 bedroom 2nd floor apartment Sleeping 5 in 1 king size bed, 1 double size bed & 1 x child/single bed in the smaller 3rd bedroom.
The apartment is very well-equipped with everything you need to enjoy the perfect getaway with friends, or family. The living and dining area is open-plan with sliding doors onto your own private balcony, which offer panoramic views over Looe, Harbour, estuary and the sea/coastline. The galley style kitchen with stunning views, cooking will never feel like a chore. The apartment also benefits from a rear decked area with seating and your own coal BBQ, and access to our terraced garden.

We enjoyed our stay at The Crows Nest. It was clean and comfortable. The views were amazing and we loved our stay there. Looe is very pretty and fun to explore.

Absolutely fantastic!

We loved staying in this little gem of a property & the hospitality shown to us by our host Sam was outstanding. We wish we had booked more than a couple of days & definitely hope to be back.

Fantastic flat with sea views

We loved our week at the Clipper House in Looe. The flat is very well appointed and perfect for a week to explore Cornwall. The views are breathtaking and you can walk to town or the nearby national trust coastal walk which is stunning. We would absolutely stay again. Paula and Phil were so lovely and helpful.

The Crows Nest apartment was ideal for a short stay in West Looe - great location and views across to East Looe. Some nice restaurants in both East and West Looe however there is quite a hill walk back from East Looe.

Clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Comfy beds, games room, beautiful conservatory with stunning views of Looe. Both apartments are also immaculately presented and well equipped. We had a magical week and Sam is a very attentive landlord. Cannot fault our stay - we will be back!

All about the view!

Lovely location and fantastic view from the balcony - could've sat there the entire time (and did for most of it)! Apartment has everything you could need for a trip away. Great communication and directions from Paula & Phil. Definitely worth a visit.

Amazing views!

Everything was great from the communication all along the way from booking to the end of our stay! Sam was able to let us in to the apartment earlier than expected which was greatly appreciated after a long journey and the extra touches like fresh scones, flowers and a Christmas tree made our stay even better. Will definitely be returning perhaps when the Cornish weather is a little kinder and would recommend to anyone!

Great apartment with awesome views!

Great hosts, easy check in and spotlessly clean well equipped apartment. Great views of the Bay, even better with the provided binoculars! Steep 5-10 minute walk down to the town centre so Great to work off all the lovely food. There is a long way round also. Would definitely recommend and will return!

Location, Location, Location

Great location with amazing views. Bit of a steep climb if you don't take the car out but well worth it. Very clean and spacious apartment with everything you need for a great stay. Bbq unfortunately not used due to the weather. Really comfy beds and plenty of storage space. Lovely touch with the bag and refreshments on arrival - much appreciated.

Fantastic accommodation, views and location

Four of us stayed for three nights at the Crows Nest at the end of June. The accommodation was very clean, well furnished and comfortable. The fresh bread, scones and milk on the first night was a very nice touch too. The views over Looe are fantastic. Do note that you need to walk up a (short) steep hill and some steps at the back to reach the apartment - but it's worth it. We all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. This easily gets five stars.

Amazing views

As a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teenagers) we had a fantastic 1 week stay at the crows nest, the owners have thought of everything that you could ever need in the apartment it’s very stylish, modern & comfortable, very welcoming with flowers & little boxes of fudge & biscuits even tea, coffee, sugar to get you going. The view of Looe bay is amazing you could sit on the balcony all day. It was great to have a allocated parking space so no worries of where to park. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Crows Nest

We spent a lovely week at Crows Nest which is part of Clipper House in Looe. The apartment is in a magnificent location with stunning views. The host, Sam was lovely and so helpful and our wonderful welcome pack of clotted cream tea and loads of other goodies was most appreciated. The only negative comment is that the apartment is a bit 'tired' and needs renovating - we suggest new interior doors and removal of wood-chip wallpaper.

Lovely apartment with an amazing view

The first thing you notice when you step into the apartment is the amazing view of the beach, estuary and the town of Looe. The apartment is comfortably furnished and Sam, the owner has considered every detail. From the fresh flowers, bowl of fruit, milk in the fridge and scones through to soft towels and day to day necessities. The apartment also is conveniently located for visits to the town of Looe, walks along the coastal path and trips to attractions like the Eden Project. We stayed with our 3 children and highlights of our holiday include the walk along the coastal path to Polperro, catching crabs along the estuary walls and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

We fell in love with Looe, having never been to Cornwall before, 2016. We originate from East Sussex and relocated in 2019.

Phil and I have worked many years in hospitality, property, and sales and marketing.
Ryan our son left us to go to University in Manchester & we knew we'd find the perfect Holiday Home Business, for us and guests. Its taken time but, we know we have, here at Clipper House Holiday Lets.

Its a unique property with absolutely stunning views.
- It was a hotel and was later owned by Dawn French, we purchased it from her.
We are now taking it to the next level, we look forward to welcoming you.

Clipper House is built into the rock, at the highest point in West Looe. Its one property split into 3. Each unit has stunning views (which is one of the factors that made us choose it) offering panoramic views of Looe, Harbour, Estuary, Banjo Pier and then out to the sea following the coastline
