Villa Nirvana (5min from the beach) is a spectacular colonial-style villa located just 2 blocks from the Sitges seafront in the Vinyet area, one of the most exclusive areas of Sitges. This villa can accommodate up to 14 people and has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. It is a fantastic house for families or groups of friends who want to share their holidays in a privileged location just metres from the sea. Upon entering the house we find a wonderful and spacious garden where you can hold family gatherings and enjoy whole days under the sun. It has a fantastic swimming pool where children and adults will have a great time. It also has a large barbecue area and a table for eating outdoors. The house is spread over 2 floors, 2 double rooms en suite for privacy, 2 triple rooms en suite and 2 rooms with 2 single beds each. In total there are 5 full bathrooms and 1 toilet. All rooms have windows overlooking the garden and are very comfortable. It is an ideal house for guests with reduced mobility as on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 toilet and access to the garden without steps or obstacles. The kitchen is very spacious, comfortable and modern and fully equipped to prepare any meal. It is an ideal place to cook with a group thanks to the island in the middle and its great width. The dining room is a fantastic and comfortable place to relax after a long day at the pool. It has large windows with access to the porch and the garden. The villa is ideal for groups who want to enjoy a holiday in an area close to the sea and just a few minutes walk from the town of Sitges. Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
