We stayed here for 4 nights. It is in a good location, near shops and play park, and walkable to beach and town, plus there are bus stops very close by. The house itself had everything we needed, and the garden was a handy bonus.

Property was as listed and for the young it is a 15 minutes walk to downtown. However, for 4 old guys who had walked the course one journey by foot was enough. Taxi ride very affordable and convenient.If we would return ST ANDREWS again I would certainly stay here again.

Perfect for a St Andrews stay!

This property is fabulous! It’s incredibly clean, well stocked with needed items, and the directions for respecting the owners’ guidelines were incredibly thorough and well laid out. The location is great, only a quick 10 min walk into town. We had a blast!

This was an excellent stay for a group of four golfers playing courses in Fife. While somewhat outside the middle of the city, it was a 10-15 minute walk and there’s actually plenty of parking in the city if you have a car. The house and host are great, definitely recommend.

Overall we had no issues with rooms and getting settled in. The water could have been a little hotter, but was ok to shower. I like real hot water!
