Just got back from the pandemic and had a refresh of the apartment. Navona Stylish Apartment offers accommodation in Rome, 1-minute walk from Piazza Navona and a 3-minute walk from Sant'Agostino. It is located 400 metres from Campo de' Fiori and offers free WiFi. The 2-bedroom apartment is fitted with a living room with flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, and a bathroom with a bidet. Pantheon is 400 metres from the apartment, while Torre Argentina is 500 metres from the property.

There are 2 double bedrooms with completely new beds (a double one and a queen size bed), both with a very good mattress. There's also a red german double sofa bed in the living room. 2 bathrooms with shower box and a complete kitchen.
The nearest airport is Rome Ciampino Airport, 15 km from the property.
Fiumicino Airport it's also easy to be reached.

The apartment has a main access door and once inside every single space is available: the 2 bedrooms, the 2 bathrooms the living room and the kitchen.

I like to meet my guest personally. I think hospitality is an important aspect of hosting so I like to have a direct communication with my guests.

The apartment is in the main heart of the city center of Rome. It's in the second building from Piazza Navona and that allows the guest to walk to the main attraction and monuments. Less than 5 minutes to reach Campo de' Fiori and the Trastevere district, Around 10-15 minutes walking to reach the Pantheon, Via del Corso, Fontana di Trevi and the Spanish Steps. Around 20 minutes to reach Colosseum or Vatican area.
The public transportation helps you to go faster to all this places. The bus 70 goes from Termini Station till the Vatican area passing in front of all the main monuments.

If guests ask for I can also help them with car transfer, main monument's tickets reservation with or without guides. I can also offer a private massage with professional operators. The location is great/convenient, just off Piazza Navona. The property itself is nothing fancy, but definitely serviceable/adequate. The biggest challenge is noise. The flip side of the central location is crowd noise until past midnight. Then, every single morning, around 7am, workers come to recycle glass bottles from nearby restaurants/bars. The loud sound of bottles clanging off one another woke me up every morning. To be fair, it is more of a problem for the bedroom facing the street. The bedroom in the back fares better. What is missing from the Expedia/Vrbo page is that the transaction is actually handled by a separate company, WeasyHost, which requires that you make payment by wire transfer, not by credit card. As I do not bank in euro, it means a higher total cost due to the currency exchange fees charged by my bank. (If you bank in euro, you won't have this problem.) In addition, the Expedia/Vrbo page does not clearly state the amount of the tourist tax, which is to be paid with cash at check-in. The true total cost for me ended up being several hundred dollars higher than the "total cost" shown when I made the reservation on Expedia/Vrbo. The property manager is friendly/reasonable, but may not be the most responsive person, especially once the check-in process is over. I requested a final receipt including the tourist tax, but he never responded to my email/text. Overall, despite the great location, it was a disappointing stay.

Great Location

The property owner met us at the property and was very prompt and accommodating to our needs. It was easy to access and right next to where the action was at Piazza Navona. The property was tucked between several great restaurants. It was a few steps from Piazza Navona although it was much quieter than I would have expected. The AC worked and they also had portable fans which we appreciated. I would book this again.
