This beautiful and refined apartment to rent in Rome is composed by a spacious living-dining room lit up by several windows on both sides, tastefully furnished with a dining table with seats for 8 people and a sofa; a second living area with a comfortable double sofa bed, 2 armchairs and TV SAT. Close to the entrance is the modern kitchen , fully equipped with everything you need to make a delicious Italian dinner: fridge and freezer, stove and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, pots and crockery. A beautiful aisle with windows overlooking the inner courtyard leads to the night area of Ripetta House: a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a large en-suite bathroom characterized by an isolated bath-tub and double wash-basins; and a second bedroom with twin beds or double bed, walk-in closet and a small modern bathroom with shower. You will surely love the white wooden ceiling in the living room and the impressive number of windows.

This apartment provided a memorable stay in Rome! It was the most spacious apartment my family has experienced anywhere. The apartment had a lot of charm that we appreciated. The many bed options and two bathrooms were very helpful for our family. This property is managed by a company who was very responsive to questions and willing to provide resources for booking other experiences. They were also very organized and efficient. The in-person host was the owner who was also very helpful, both with explaining the property and the surrounding area. We were definitely in good hands! Finally, the location was perfect for our interests in Rome. We were a 30 minute or less walk to many major sights and neighborhoods of Rome. The apartment is a short walk to the Metro, bus stops, and numerous restaurants and shopping. There were only a few concerns or notes for future travelers. The old world charm of the apartment also presents a couple challenges. The apartment has a single AC unit in the main living area of the apartment. During one of the hottest spells in Rome, this unit kept the main living area cool, but the bedrooms were still warm and stuffy. Also, the wifi router did not provide a strong signal, so the signal faded quickly as moved away from it. Finally, previous reviews suggested challenges with having access to outlets. Though we found plenty of outlets to use, the system did not have a lot of current available.All in all, this made our stay fabulous!

Lovely large flat well located in Rome

We had a wonderful Christmas staying at this well located and very nice flat. The very kind owners helped us with transportation from the airport and let us to show us around the apartment. It was clean and the perfect size for our family and a quick 15 minute walk to most locations in the city we needed to see.

We stayed in April 2024 for 7 nights. Our family appreciated the location, the helpful owner and the spacious floorplan with 2 bathrooms. We found the apartment quiet, clean, functional and comfortable although I would describe the place as more "antique" (wear & tear) than expected.

The apartment was very nice and the hosts were extremely helpful. The internet was not working while we were there and the host was only able to make it partially functional during our stay despite best efforts, otherwise I would rate a 5

Centrally Located and Spacious

This house fitted our needs perfectly. Located minutes away from Piazza di Popolo and the Spanish Steps, it gave us walking access to many of the key spots and quick bus/cab ride to the others. The house itself was quite spacious with two large bedrooms and two big bathrooms. The living area was huge. The host Luca was always just a text away and quite helpful.

Beautiful home in Rome

If you like older properties (we do!) this charming apartment is in a bustling section of Rome. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and historical places. The home is very comfortable and had all we needed for our group for three days. Emanuel’s was welcoming and knew so much about the area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all who don’t mind a flight of stairs

When in Rome!

We arrived at the property later than planned due to some travel delays. However were greeted with kindness and care. The property was reviewed closely with staff and guests and then we started exploring. The property is in a perfect location (we walked everywhere) and perfect size for 4 adults. Host was amazing and helpful The location allows you to walk to Vatican and to collesuem, shopping, Spanish steps, Trevi, etc The longest walk was to the coloseum which was a roughly 20 minute walk (There are taxis, public transport options as well) The place itself has great space and ideal for a family The only negative is the AC isn’t phenomenal by usa standards but even in very hot August it would cool off enough at night Still 5 stars and nice and quiet at night

The property is well situated in the heart of Rome, central to all tourist attractions.The apartment is very nice, authentic Italian decor albeit a bit tired, this property was perfect for our needs, using it only as a base.The shower in bedroom 1 was fairly good, toilet clean, bedroom 2 shower was much better, beds were clean but noted no mattress or pillow protectors in place which was a bit off putting.Watch out for electric sockets, all different shapes and sizes not many actually fitted my EU adapters. On the hole, very enjoyable stay in this apartment even thou it had its ups and downs.Owner was very helpful and was there to greet us on arrival, showing and telling us everything we needed to know, which was great, very friendly door man too. Would definitely use again in the future.

Loved Luca and the whole check in process but the property needs some maintenance. Obvious old mold in the ceiling, WiFi was scratchy at best, many lamps had old bulbs that did not work.
