Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local.

The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for large groups and has a large range cooker with a hob, grill and multiple ovens, a kettle, a large fridge freezer and a microwave.

This house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 14 guests.

In the first bedroom, you will find twin single beds and a trundle bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a single bed and bunk bed.
The third bedroom contains a single bed and bunk bed.
The fourth bedroom contains twin single beds and a bunk bed.
There is a trundle bed that can be placed in a bedroom or downstairs in the lounge.

There are 2 bathrooms and one cloakroom.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath and a walk-in shower.
The next bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower and is an en-suite to the first bedroom.
There is a downstairs toilet and sink..

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

The linen will be left out for your group to make their own beds up on arrival.

There would be a discount if you bring your own linen and towels.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Sunday checkout is 1pm.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking
facilities available at the property.
