Het huis is heel sfeervol en zeer ruim. De vader van Simina (Vaggeles) is bijzonder vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Het huis heeft een mooi groot terras met een pergola voor schaduw en een ruim zonnig balkon met een prachtig uitzicht over Pilion, de Pagasetische golf en het vaste land van Griekenland. Wandelmogelijkheden naar de vissershaventjes van Kottes en Agia Kiriaki waar ook taverna’s zijn en zwemmogelijkheden.
