La Mansarda - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

Spacious apartment located on the 3rd and last floor (without elevator) near one of the most beautiful lakes in Italy: Lake Como. The Attic is characterized by exposed wooden ceilings and a spacious terrace with park view where you can spend pleasant evenings walking in the open air.

The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms: the first with a double bed, the second with two single beds (which can eventually become a double); thus proving ideal for families with children or for a group of friends. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and a bathtub, and a bright living room where you can relax. The kitchen is complete with all the amenities that guests may need during their stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or are passing through to visit the city. We also highlight the presence of private parking at the property, an excellent added value considering that Como is a city with very few parking spaces, and all for a fee.

The Attic is located in a strategic area near the Como public park, a huge green area that embraces the eastern shore of Lake Como. A few minutes' walk from the apartment is also the Tempio Voltiano, a museum dedicated to Alessandro Volta, the inventor of the electric battery. This apartment is also close to the ferry stop, the city center and the Como San Giovanni train station. . We very much enjoyed this property. It's exceptionally clean and properly supported by rent Como. It was also well-equipped. Very comfortable. It was a great plus that it included a parking space.

Hidden gem

Beautiful apartment on the lake . Close walk to waterfront town. Great food and right next door to the most fun bar and a grocery store. Rent all Como were excellent to deal with and we even met the owners who were wonderful! I would totally recommend! Perfect stay !

Excellent property and location

Steps from old town, water, parks, cafes, etc. Very nice building and top-floor unit. Very nice that it included a parking spot. AC and laundry also handy. Good outdoor patios and living area, with modern kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice centrally located property and walking distance to most everything. Communication with management was exceptional and very responsive. Self check in worked ok but did need some figuring out. Wifi was poor for most of stay and looks like an older router that should be replaced resulting in poor range.

Great location, clean, and comfortable

The location near Como was perfect for walking and getting to the Ferry, Train, shopping, restaurants, etc. The check in process and their virtual book was wonderful. he place is very clean, charming and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We did not have a lot of noise from the street except the occasional traffic. The property managers were very responsive and helpful. Only issue was with the showers. There is very low water flow and pressure and therefore the shower in the bathroom with the bathtub would not function (i.e. would not stay on). So, that was disappointing. We all used the other bathroom shower as it worked, albeit with low pressure. And, the water was hot which was nice. It is also on the 3rd floor (no elevator) - so, you should keep that in mind in case you can't manage stairs.
