The space is distributed in totally independent areas: large living-dining room with balcony, two double bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, small bathroom and laundry area. The excellent location allows you to access the best bathing area of Las Canteras beach, stroll along its long promenade where you can enjoy the wide gastronomic offer and a harmonious landscape. The avenue is more than 5 kilometres long so you can feel the sea and the sun while you walk or run. On the beach you can practice water sports.
Less than 50 metres away there are supermarkets, taxi ranks and bus stops for getting around the city or the island. At 100 metres you have several parking options with weekly and monthly vouchers. A five minute walk away you can stroll through the emblematic Santa Catalina Park. Agua de Abril is very close to three shopping centres, the Elder Science Museum, Poema del Mar Aquarium, Mercado del Puerto (ideal for snacks or fresh market produce).
