Really lovely cottage, nice and clean and well catered.Welcome biscuits with milk/tea/coffee was appreciated We had a lovely stay - my only comment is there is a loose bit of carpet on the steep stairs, otherwise it was great
The stairs to the bedrooms were ok for me but too narrow for my hubby to get up and down. Overall the place was lovely.

Had a fabulous weekend in Horners cottage.
Had a fabulous weekend in Horners cottage. Great location within easy walking distance of central Whitby and lovely view of the harbour. The welcome amenities of fresh milk, tea and biscuits was a lovely touch and really made us feel welcome. There wasn't a thing out of place or missing to make our stay as comfortable as possibleKids really loved the bar downstairs - added a unique flavour to our stay and we had a great evening sitting in our own individual pub.Yes the stairs to the bedrooms are steep - but we knew this before we arrived (and we're a fit young family so not an issue) and lots of handrails to ensure we felt safe moving up and down.
