🔒 Security deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for each stay.

As a property management company, this is part of our standard procedure.



The deposit amount appears during payment on Airbnb before confirmation of your booking.

Each accommodation includes essential items (toiletries, soap, toilet paper, cleaning products) for the first 1 to 2 days.

It is the responsibility of guests to replenish supplies during their stay if necessary.



For fireplaces or washing machines, please purchase wood and detergent yourself, as we do not provide these items.

💧 WATER HEATER – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

In France, water heaters operate differently from those in many other countries. Hot water is stored in a tank which can empty if there is heavy usage. The time to fill and reheat the tank varies between one and five hours, depending on its capacity.



🔹 We ask you to avoid prolonged showers or baths, unless you are the last person to use the bathroom and can wait until the next morning for it to refill and reheat.

This is an integral part of life in France, so we thank you for your understanding and consideration.



⚡ ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

In France, the electrical network is limited; if too many appliances (such as a hairdryer and microwave) are used simultaneously, the circuit breaker may trip. In this case, you will need to reset it manually at the electrical panel.



🔌 Please avoid using multiple appliances simultaneously: this system, which is very common in French homes, is designed to reduce energy consumption. We ask you to use only what you need.
