Each room opening onto a south-facing balcony with a view of the Mont-blanc massif. 1 bedroom with two closets, a sofa bed. Living room with a sofa bed (2 x 80 x 190 cm), TV (TNT channels), USB socket. At your disposal: a duvet 220 x 240cm, two quilts 140 x 200cm and 4 pillows (2 of 60x60cm and 2 of 40x60cm) and a vacuum cleaner. Kitchen: 3 induction hobs, fan oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and electric coffee maker. Shower room with shower, WC and washing machine. Electric heating. Animal accepted. Close to all amenities: shops, 20m from the train station, 100m from buses, 50m from the free shuttle, 200m from the sports center (swimming pool, tennis etc ...). 600m from the Planards piste, 700m from the Savoy piste and 900m from the Brévent cable car. 800m from the Aiguille du Midi cable car. On arrival, welcome products (sponge, dishwasher products, washing machine, dishes, soap and a bottle of water in the fridge). On-site possibility of paid services (rental of sheets, towels, baby bed, cleaning, meals ...)

Very nice apartment for 4 people with garage which is important in Chamonix. Well located right in the centre, with bus stops nearby to connect to all ski areas. Highly recommended.
Great wee base in Chamonix. Bedroom has a sofa bed, with second sofa in the kitchen/living area with slide out mattress underneath (i.e. two single beds). Perfect for group of 3 pals.
We booked this flat in Chamonix for our NYE holidays. Was not first time in Chamonix and we knew more or less the town and the ski areas. For the kids we had to walk until the Savoy area which is 700m away, that means that we had to carry our gear 4x times per day in the ski area. (Difficult with the ski boots). The flat had “all” the basics to stay, however some basic staff were missing. WiFi it’s crucial in 2025 as the reception of the French providers was very poor. The intercom must have switch off button as the area was quite busy and many youngsters were passing by and were ringing the bell in the middle of the night. In the garage you cannot park a car longer than 4.5m, so for a big car forget it and finally I didn’t get it why 2x sofa beds instead of 1x sofa bed and 1x double bed. Anyway, thanks a lot for the hospitality and the prompt replies of the property management. Definitely we look forward to go back.

Très bon acceuil, facilité pour l'arrivée et départ. Propre, fonctionnel, avec garage. Très bien placé, tout est possible en pieton/bus. Petit bémol : la banquette du salon, un peu vieillotte et chauffage salon un peu bruyant pour dormir. Sinon nickel !
Appartement très bien équipé avec une très belle vue. L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter pleinement des environs.Seul petit bémol : le radiateur du salon fait un peu de bruit. Mais dans l'ensemble, un excellent séjour !
Appartement agréable,hyper bien situé (2mn au départ de la mer de glace et pas loin des pistes du planard) très bien agencé et le plus c est le garage le seul petit bémol pour nous se serait de mettre des rideaux !!sinon on a adoré et on reviendra avec grand plaisir

L'appartement est bien situé, près du centre ville et des gares SNCF ou Montenvers. Les volumes sont agréables avec des meubles de qualité et fonctionnels, même si on les a peu utilisés, avec une bonne décoration (luminaires et tableaux). Par contre la chambre mériterait un vrai lit avec un bon matelas et la télé en angle ce n'est pas trés confortable. Cordialement.
Location très bien située au centre ville. Pour le ski il y a un arrêt de bus à côté de la gare du Montenvers. L’appartement est très bien rénové et propre. Nous avons apprécié le casier à ski et le garage pour la voiture car il est difficile de se garer dans le secteur en pleine saison. Petit bémol pour l’insonorisation dans l’appartement qui est due à l’ancienneté de l’immeuble .
Tyckte att allt stämde vad vi blev lovade eller vad man kunde förvänta sig utifrån annonsen.

Bel appartement, bien situé.
Bel appartement, bien aménagé et équipé, moderne, garage appréciable.
Nous avions pris rdv avec la gestionnaire 48h à l'avance pour une remise des clefs à 16h. Après une attente de 10 minutes en double file devant l'entrée de la résidence, nous avons appelé la gestionnaire qui a répondu ne pas avoir le temps, qu'elle était à Argentière et qu'elle viendrait quand elle pourrait ! Résultat : attente de 45 minutes dans la rue.
La propreté des oreillers et protège-matelas est à revoir, pas de housse de protection, oreillers et protège-matelas non lavés entre chaque location, dégoûtant.
Malgré celà, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
Nous recommandons cet appartement.
