This beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house is an old converted surfer's home and includes two full bathrooms, kitchens, and all new flooring and furnishings! The house has 2 full kitchens and bathrooms, 2 living areas, and TVs in every bedroom!

Only a 5-10 min walk to the beach, and only 45 min-1 hour to Disney World, Seaworld and Universal Studios, the house provides you with everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay in a home away from home. With a total of 5 beds, this property sleeps 8 comfortably. Here is what the house includes:

10 layouts checked in for one night before going on a cruise. Location was close to the cruise terminal and slept is all comfortably. Only thing wrong was the fence around property was falling over but home was in great shape

Our stay at this home was amazing! The house was clean, exactly as described, and well equipped with everything you need for your vacation. There were plenty of supplies and games for family fun. Great overnight before a cruise

The listing is spot on accurate and the correspondences with the owner could not have been better. My family of 11 only stayed one night before a cruise but it was perfect for us leaving out of Port Canaveral. Great location. Easy walk to the beach and less than two miles from the port. Very clean home. Perfect for our needs and great for those on an extended stay as well. Highly recommend!

This house is in the perfect location to a ton of bars/restaurants a few blocks to beach. We had our dogs with us and there is a fenced in yard also a doggie a few blocks away. Everything about this home was exceptional!

Beautiful property, great location

We only stayed one night due to a cruise the next day but let me tell you this home was perfect for our needs and had plenty of room. It was exactly as described, so clean and decorated beautifully. We have talked about trying to get this home again for a vacation when in the area. This home comes with everything you would need and the homeowner was super nice. We were a few minutes late getting out due to my husband and son touring the local Fire Department and Alexander was understanding and so kind.

Very nicely renovated property. Very close to the beach. There is limited parking on the property. We had more than 2 vehicles, 10 guests, and we had to park one vehicle off site. No problem. The property manager directed us to parking about one block from the property. I recommend this property if you are in the area.

Clean and close to the beach !

My family stayed here the week of July 4th holiday. The house is very much updated with TVs, and great appliances. It’s exactly as listed in the description! This house is right off of A1A and is only 4 blocks away from the beach. It’s a very easy walk. If you would rather drive to the beach we found the public parking usually available and is free! The house has 2 parking spots. If you have additional vehicles, there is a Library with public parking one block down directly across from the police department. We always felt safe here. There’s plenty of beds and even a pull out sofa. Loved the property.
