We came to visit our daughter and the location was perfect as we were right down the street from her flat. It is convenient to the bus and close to the canal and there are lots of little cafes

I’m deeply disappointed by THIS HOST (Guest Ready) refusal to issue a refund after a sudden medical emergency that would force me to cancel my reservation. Despite providing documentation and explaining the situation, I was met with a rigid policy and zero compassion.Emergencies are unpredictable, and I chatted with a representative several times and they indicated there might be a credit or refund but then later I was told there was “nothing they could do,” leaving me to absorb the full financial loss during an already stressful time.They kept saying they had a 30 day policy (even though I booked at 21 days and emergencies have no time frame). I won't ever book this unit again.
