We stayed at the Villa Residence for 10 days with 2 other couples. Overall the property was adequate with lovely sea views. We appreciated being able to check in several hours early after an early flight from Kalamata. The host who came to greet us was very sweet, and gave us a welcome basket including fruit, cookies, eggs, deli meat, cheese, honey and bread. There was ample toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, dish detergent, basic spices and olive oil , but kitchen needs fry pans. We had ample parking for our 3 rental cars and used the onsite washer and dryer several times during our stay. One very nice perk is that housekeeping came every 3 days to refresh linens and take trash away.There was no microwave, so we couldn’t reheat leftovers. After several days without one, I noticed that a microwave was included in the list of amenities. After pointing this out to the host, she swiftly came by with a brand new one for the remainder of our stay. Some negatives for us included:- There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, but only the one on the top floor has a view of the sea. The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor have ensuite bathrooms, but feel somewhat like basement bedrooms. The 2nd floor bedroom off the kitchen has no attached bath, but there is one across the hall. With 3 couples splitting the cost, it felt unfair that only 1 couple had a “nice” bedroom- Bedrooms need dressers! No clothing storage other than hanging them up. - Pool was freezing with worms always in it

Great Views

three points:-1) the house was excellent2) we paid Euro500 security deposit, and would like to know when this will be returned.3) the limo company you recommended failed to pick us up as arranged at the end of our holiday. Would never recommend them again, as it put a very poor end to an excellent week.
