Holi-Rent was a very central location for a visit to Seville! Excellent air consitioning, which is needed in Seville where the temperatures are high. Great shower, clean, very fresh towels and linens. Beds quite comfortable. Kitchen great for cooking and refrigerator and washer/drier are useful. Apartment is one floor up with a small elevator. Shopping and sights, bars, restaurants and flamenco nearby. Other sights are only a short taxi ride. One must pick up and drop off keys a couple of blocks away at a 24 Hour luggage storage, but other than that a smooth check-in. Recommended!

I recommend this place because of its excellent location. The flat is spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean. Well-equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds, as well as sofas in the living room. Perfectly working air conditioning.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The location in the heart of Seville is perfect to access all the key sights with 15 min or less walk. Maria, the host, was very helpful and responded to texts quickly. The apartment had plenty of supplies for our short 3 night stay. We take off our shoes when inside and we felt the floor could have been cleaner but everything else was very clean. Rest of the apartment was very nice. As others have mentioned, the check in process of picking up the keys at a separate location is inconvenient, but not difficult. The keys have to be dropped off at the same location. Overall we had a great stay and experience.

La description correspond à l'annonce et tout favorise le séjour : clim très appréciable, équipement et surface pour 4 personnes à l'aise. Ce logement m'avait été recommandé et je le recommande à mon tour.
