Incredible stay near Wall of Seville

The host was very responsive and made the check in process a breeze. This property is about a 10-15 minute walk away from the main attractions in Seville, making it quiet at night and easy to access. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying!

Hosting was good. Good communication, friendly and helpful. Answered all enquiries promptly. Easy check in.Apartment was clean and well equipped, towels, linen, soaps, shampoo, loo rolls and washing up liquid all provided. Store cupboard provisions are what people have left, so pot luck on what is left.Good location, with good bus routs close by. Main town 30 minutes amble away. Supermarkets within 10-20 minutes walk, cafe/bar on the corner of the street (not used).restaurant about 15 minutes walk

Clean, comfortable and enjoyable

The location is great if you want an authentic experience. Very convenient to the must see sights but nestled in an actual Sevilla neighborhood. Prices at the local places are noticeably lower than the more touristy areas but those places are still easy to get to if you’re willing to walk an extra ten minutes or so. The apartment was clean and comfortable, an upstairs air conditioner is advisable but the industrial ceiling fan does a good job. The lower level had a well functioning air conditioner. Highly recommend for those that want a more authentic travel experience.

Pretty good stay!

Lovely and huge apartment for Seville, very convenient location. Power went out twice, not sure what we overloaded tv, internet, stove and kettle all at once?)but we found the switch box and popped it back on. Enrique, who delivered our keys was a gentleman and set us up with everything we needed to know. Pretty darn good spot. Overall, quite pleased, wspecially foe the price. thank you!

Host interaction was woefully inadequate through VRBO. Did not receive check in instructions until day before check in after numerous inquiries through VRBO that went unanswered. Did not need to spend my days in Madrid chasing down whether I had a place to stay in Seville. VRBO support was pretty useless. Downplayed my concerns even though host had been unresponsive for a week. Apt needs better privacy of transparent window looking in from courtyard into main bathroom, tub, shower. Location is excellent. 2 mi walk to bus stop that goes directly to Santa justa train station. Highly recommend local bars for tapas, cerveza, wine. Walking distance to Setas, alcazar, etc

If you want to feel part of the local community this property is ideal. Supermarkets and bars on the doorstep and very near to the popular Feria restaurant area. There are also buses and a taxi rank just the other side of the walls. The duplex nature of the apartment works well but maybe not for older people. The Cathedral and Alcazar areas are 20 to 30 minutes walk away, which is quite pleasant and has shade provided by the buildings when it is hot. We did have communication problems with the management company not replying to messages or only communicating in Spanish. This seemed to be due to their not using the vrbo payment service and I was starting to panic about our booking but it all turned out OK and the person who met us was most helpful. Vrbo could make it clearer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and loved this area

Appartement bien placé mais un peu petit et un peu sale. La puissance électrique est trop faible, il y a eu plusieurs coupures lorsque l'on cuisine. L'hôte a été très professionnel.

Schöne Ferienwohnung am nördlichen Rand der Altstadt, etwas abseits der Touristen Hotspots, 15 min zu Fuss bis ins Zentrum. Gute Empfehlung, kommen gerne wieder. Kontakt zur Verwaltung ( Sevilla moving) freundlich und unkompliziert.

:une magnifique adresse pour visiter Séville.

l emplacement était super, à proximité des transports en commun. très calme ,grâce à :une bonne insonorisation de l appartement et à la bonne fréquentation de l immeuble. très bien entretenu. :une magnifique vue sur la muralla.et patio tambien.l
