THE CONDO:
This beautiful, updated rustic 600 square foot Mountain front oasis is sure to please. It’s located on the 3rd floor at The Appalachian Hotel at The Mountain Ski, bike and water park resort and has incredible mountain front views! As you enter the condo you will notice the views right away as well as the modern rustic theme throughout including our NEW gorgeous faux wood wall in the bedroom.
The galley kitchen and dining area are just to the left as you enter and is fully equipped, and boasts all the necessary appliances one would expect, and some you might not expect. This includes an electric ceramic stove-top, dishwasher, WINE FRIDGE, microwave oven and a nearly full-size refrigerator. It comes complete with a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster, and all the kitchen supplies needed to make a great family meal. The dining table seats 4 comfortably.
On the right you will notice the large, beautiful bathroom with a separate tub and shower area and plenty of room to get dressed. Notice the beautiful tile floors that remind us of the 357 mineral species found nearby with a total of 28 that are completely unique to the area. Pretty cool!
The living room area is next and has a beautiful gas fireplace for those cold nights (shut down each May and back up each October), a wall mounted HD LCD Cable TV with Roku, chair and a new Macy’s RADLEY sofa bed with a recently updated memory foam mattress that sleeps 2 comfortably.
The Crème De La Crème is the master bedroom where you will be greeted with warm colors in both the bedding and on the walls. Here, you will find the comfy king bed, fitted with a high end “Ikrema” memory foam mattress to ensure you a good night’s sleep. It’s topped off with a modern Nathan James "Harlow" faux leather headboard on a faux wood wall that continues to announce this unit's rustic charm.
Our quilts are beautiful Donna Sharp quilts rotated as the season changes. In the fall we may have a quilt with rustic features on it, winter we might add warm UGG quilts, and summer, we might just use a white light weight quilt. Watch your favorite shows on the HD LCD Cable TV with Roku and gaze out to the mountains and ski slopes while resting on the comfy bed. The bedroom has direct access to the en-suite bathroom.
You get to enjoy all the above as well as Wi-Fi, fresh linens, fresh towels, blankets, and basic toiletries (starter set). You get to use the heated pool, hot tubs, outdoor sauna, underground parking, and fitness room when available.
This condo truly provides all the comforts of home and then some....

THE RESORT:
The Mountain Ski Resort is a 4-season resort that offers Alpine Skiing, Snow Boarding, Mountain Biking, Zip-Line, and a Water Park - all on site as well as a tree top experience down the road.
THE LOCATION:
Vernon Township is in Sussex County, New Jersey, USA. It is located about 1 hour from New York City and was established on April 8, 1793. Iron mining was prevalent during the mid-to-late 19th century. Mines such as Canister Mine, Williams Mine, and the Pochuck Mine created industry which spawned local businesses and brought rail travel to the town.
Today Vernon and the immediate area is an outdoor lover’s paradise. Here you will find a landscape consisting of residential and resort communities, farmland, apple orchards, pumpkin patches, bird watching, barns, horse farms and stables, lakes, fishing, and just so much natural beauty. The famous Appalachian Trail (AT) even runs through it! You will be amazed on what you will find only 1 hour outside of New York City.

We have one parking pass to hand out no matter the size of the condo. This is per the HOA rules and regulations. Do not ask us for a second one please.

Nearby attractions include the Appalachian Trail, Warwick Drive-in Movie Theater, Warwick’s historic Main Street, Antiquing, Horseback Riding, Restaurants, Wineries, Music venues like the “Blue Arrow Farm” and “Penning Farms”, Craft Beer Breweries, 9 golf courses, and "Lego Land NY" in 2021-2022 plus so much more!
CLEANING POLICIES:
Our cleaners are instructed to clean and sanitized between each guest. This includes all high touch areas like light switches and handles. We take our guests’ safety seriously. We offer a contactless check-in procedure featuring a digital lock and you will be provided with your own unique key code.

✔We are not a part of the hotel program so there is no need to go to the front desk.
✔Due to new cleaning procedures, we cannot offer a late check-out. However, if no guest is departing on the day you arrive, we can most likely offer an early arrival!

Guest agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless owners, occupants and agents free and clear of any liability for damage to self, members of guest's party or property, resulting from accident or injury, or loss of enjoyment, due to power outages, rain, sun, flood, storms, natural disasters, negligence, defective construction, fire, theft, inoperable appliance, equipment etc. We will take all possible steps to see that the house equipment is in working order.
