I have a video of one roach that did not get away. The floors were still sandy from the previous renters and the smoke alarm went off both nights being there, with no indication of any fire hazards, it was most likely just a faulty one. It was so annoying and loud. The place smelled moldy, probably because of the carpet, not sure.

Thank you for your feedback Beki. We apologize that your stay fell short of our standards. Our coastal location can introduce sand and humidity, but we have already addressed this with our cleaning team to ensure deeper vacuums and dehumidifier checks. The A/C was also checked and the fan had been put in the ON position instead of AUTO. This created moisture in the unit. (I learned something new.) This setting was corrected and I will monitor this with the thermostat app to ensure humidity does not build up in the condo. We have also ordered new smoke detectors to ensure that our guests are not disturbed in the future. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention so we could immediately resolve them for our future guests.

Overall experience was great. Beds were super comfy and cozy. Our family really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again! Ann was very responsive when I had any questions. Thank you for a memorable experience.
