A gorgeous property in an extremely beautiful area. The living area is very spacious and both bedrooms are very comfortable. The track down to the property is a little bumpy and rough but of course it is a country lane!
Vicky and Nathan provided some lovely touches and were very helpful with queries regarding local taxis etc.
Would highly recommend and would love to return!
I was looking for a peaceful break in a pretty place where I could do plenty of walking. The Snug was perfect for me; it was in a lovely location - very quiet but not totally isolated (important as I was travelling solo), was very clean and had everything I needed. I generally drove from the property to my chosen walking locations - and this area of Cornwall (new to me) does not disappoint. Vicky and Nathan were perfect hosts - there if needed but not intrusive. They were really lovely and helpful and provided some delicious lemon drizzle for me on arrival!. They also very kindly got me some essential groceries as I had arrived quite late - very much appreciated:) The only point I would mention is that due to the significant rainfall in the weeks prior parts of the long driveway may now be a bit difficult to navigate in a car that sits very close to the ground - though this may now have been rectified. I had an amazing time and would thoroughly recommend The Snug. Thank you so much to both of you for a fabulous stay.
