There was definitely some staging, but the cabin was close to town which was very nice. Service was very spotty but the view was nice.

Thank you for your review. We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient location and the nice view. We’re sorry to hear the service was spotty, as this is not the experience we aim to provide. Your feedback is appreciated and has been shared with our team as we continue working to improve the guest experience.
The cabin was very secluded which is exactly what we wanted. The views are fantastic. The games on the bottom level were perfect to entertain a teenager. The back porch was the place to be. Highly recommend
Lots of light fixtures missing bulbs. The dishwasher needs some attention- as well as the mold in the showers. The sheets also did not fit the beds well. Other than that- it was a FANTASTIC location and BEAUTIFUL views!! We definitely overall enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic View, loved the game room. Amenities were good, but the main fireplace was Out of Order. Some lights were not working, I will assume they just needed light bulbs. My main issue was that I did not have any cell service being up so high in the mountain. Also the key did not work on the door, we were lucky the cleaning lady was still there when we arrive, or else we would not have been able to get inside.

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We’re glad you enjoyed the fantastic view, game room, and amenities. We appreciate you sharing the notes about the fireplace, lights, and door key, and we’ll be sure those items are checked. We also understand that limited cell service can happen in the mountains and appreciate your patience. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!
The location and view are outstanding! The property is nicely furnished, beds are clean and comfortable. Couple of watch outs - the cleaners didn’t leave any dishwasher tablets or dishwashing liquid. Also the closets only had 1 hanger so it was not possible to hang up clothes. The WiFi is poor so communicating with the property management company was difficult to manage.Overall, we had a lot of fun and enjoyed our stay!

Great visit- wish it would have been cleaner
The property was beautiful, they were so easy to work with and communicated with us so well. They were so generous to allow us to stay an extra day when we were snowed in and stuck.

Bear country
Overall the house was great. It was very comfortable for all 12 of us, from 2years old to 65 years old . The views were incredible and the area was very nice. The house could use a little tlc. The hot tub was great. The game room was amazing. The kids even caught fish at the fish pond. We had several bear encounters . Make sure you lock your car doors , they know how to open the doors! Plenty of places to eat and shop near by . There is plenty to do in the area. We had a great time !

I rented this cabin for my son’s early graduation from high school and had family members coming in to stay. The minute I got there I started looking around to see what bedrooms would be assigned etc. I noticed many lady bugs in the upstairs bedroom. There is no way this place was cleaned before arrival. There must have been 100. I’m from the south and understand we have had a mass swarm of lady bugs but this wasn’t cleaned this day. As well, the same bedroom window was broke and completely open. I called Aunt Bugs to see if I could get someone out there to clean up before the guest arrived and was told no one was there to come out. When I asked about a vacuum cleaner. They told me there was not one at the house and that I could sweep them up myself. We didn’t find a broom until the day before we left and it was outside under the porch. All the beds were in very poor shap with the master being held up with wood blocks. The upstairs couch/pull out had so much fabric coming off the guests woke up with fake leather in their hair. There was hair in the showers as we were taking our first shower. The pictures of the firepit must have been taken years ago as there were only 3 Adirondack chairs and the rest were mismatched from all over the place. The kitchen was not well stocked with pot and pans. They were all scorched which made cooking horrible. All in all, for the money I pad, this place was not worth it and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. I did call Aunt Bugs several xs
We had a family Thanksgiving and it was an great experience. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The property was decorated for Christmas, including a tree which was so appreciated. Word to the wise - heed the warnings about bears and open the check-in guide before you start into the mountains. I had to head back down the mountain to get cell service to open the text. Once in the cabin, we were able to connect to the internet to read the rest of the guide. The views and setting was absolutely spectacular. Slightly disappointed - the dead lady bugs had not been vacuumed before we arrived.

House is obviously neglected. The pictures online don’t at all represent the home in its current condition. There were numerous issues of concern such an ants and rodents in the master bath, rat/rodent poop in all closets, bats in the attic, and the exterior porches being full of wasp nests. Two of our guests, one being pregnant and the other highly allergic, got stung by wasps. The area by the jacuzzi, that we had to figure out how to fill up ourselves, was full of mildew. The grounds outside have been neglected for a while and the exterior is just overall dirty. Lastly is the sleeping arrangements, filling a bedroom with a sleeper sofa is shameful. The only thing positive about this stay was the check in process and the view. I would never recommend this rental to anyone I know!!
The location and home overall were beautiful. Wonderful spot for drone footage and pictures. There were a couple other cabins around but the home felt very secluded. That being said the cleanliness of the house was a let down. House was ready early which was great, but only to find mice droppings in most rooms, cob webs at eye level and carpenter ants in a room or two. I'm from the area so this isn't uncommon in most houses but it definitely could have been cleaned a little better. Overall we had a great stay, even got to see two bears our last two days.

Thank you, we appreciate the review and your feedback. We apologize that the droppings and other mentioned issues were not found before your stay. Looks like we inspected the property a few days prior to your arrival and all was clear from the recent clean at that point. We hope you had a great time otherwise and can visit again soon!
Overall it was a good place to stay with a beautiful view. If everything was totally cleaned and in good repair it would have been great. The outside fire pit was full of cigarette butts. The garage windows were boarded over. One of the garage doors was broken. And the foosball table in the game room was not usable.

Pretty but messy
The house was beautiful minus the plywood window and screens laying around. Once you walked around the property you noticed that nobody has done zero landscaping. The inside was mostly clean. One room did have dead bugs in it. The dishwasher was unusable due to the fact it was completely full of mold. For the price we paid you’d think they’d just buy a new dishwasher. The way we came in was a one lane road ppl were squeezing two lanes out of. The other road out was towards Pigeon Forge and much easier to travel. Mountain landscape was pretty.

Reviewer Comments:
WOW, what a time our family had staying in this gorgeous cabin in the mountains. Sixteen family members had plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the amenities of this cabin. The game room had to be the highlight especially for the younger family members who spent all their time playing video games, pool, and watching television. Sitting outside by the fire pit, or resting in the Jacuzzi were highlights for both young and older adults. Seeing bears five of the seven mornings right next to the cabin were also highlights of all family members. had one small problem with hot water right after arriving. Customer service sent maintenance right away to take care of the problem, had to replace hot water heater. The cabin was extremely clean and well equipped for our size family. The layout of bedrooms worked very well for sleeping and plenty of room to lounge around throughout the day or night. The commute was a little bit longer than expected but only took about fifteen minutes to get into downtown Pigeon Forge. The outside pool was very nice and spacious for large numbers of customers at one time. Having the pond next to the pool was nice for young people to fish in or walk the trails next door. The roads to this property were well maintained leading right up to the house. Our family had a blast and as usual love the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area for vacationing. We certainly would book this cabin again in the future without any reserve. We hated to leave but certainly look forward to revisiting again in the near future. What magnificent views from the deck of this house!

Overall the cabin and the view are amazing! It has to be one of the best views in the Smokies. The cabin is roomy, had a great game room, and a decently stocked kitchen. We had some issues with the washer and dryer, and the host was very prompt. We weren’t able to fix the washer / dryer until the last day, which caused us to run out of clothes and towels, but it wasn’t due to the host not making an effort. We’ll be back to this cabin for sure.
