David, the host, was very accommodating. The arcade table in the loft kept the grand kids occupied. It is truly "up in the hills" so if you want to experience mountain living this is the place. Minutes away from the Pigeon Forge strip with easy access.

We stayed here for our World Series Ripken Experience tournament! Perfect location near both parks, and you are literally right by everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. The house was perfect for our 3 families to stay together. The only thing I would change would be that a couple of the beds were very uncomfortable. You can feel every spring in the mattress, which made for some sleepless nights. Nothing a mattress topper wouldn’t fix though! We would stay again for sure! Awesome host and very quick to reply to any questions.

Great location, lots of space, and amazing hosts

This was a great property and our second stay here. The hosts are amazing with communication before, during, and after the stay. Our family stayed with more than enough room for 6, and we got to see a raccoon and opossum on the deck. Would definitely stay again!
