Snowcrest is located at the southern most and highest tip of Snowshoe, next to Soaring Eagle and Top of the World parking lot. It is approx 250 yard walk to the Soaring Eagle Express quad lift and trails, as well as Elk River Ski/Snowboard shop, South Mountain Grill and Hoots Bar and Grill. If you prefer to take a shuttle, there is a FREE shuttle that picks up and drops off at the front door of Snowcrest to take you to the lifts, the village or other mountain destinations that awaits. The shuttle runs every 15-20 minutes during ski season, even late into the night. It is available on request during summer months.

Our 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is located on the 3rd floor, tucked away at the end of the hall with a quiet and large private closed in landing. The floor plan is open. Full-size, fully equipped and renovated kitchen, with dishwasher and full size refrigerator and full size oven. Our condo is stocked with microwave, 5 quart crock pot, waffle maker, toaster, coffee pot, a variety of cookware including stainless steel pots and pan, a variety of cooking utensils, variety of dishes and glasses, as well as, seasonings and herbs (that you may need, but don't pack for vacation). There are 4 bar stools are at the kitchen counter and there is a 4 person dining room table,. There is also a wet bar.

The living room does have an ELECTRIC fireplace. There is a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, a flat screen smart TV , games, puzzles and books for both adults and kids for your enjoyment.

The two bedrooms have room-controlled heat, closet/drawer space, smart TVs in both, warm comfortable bedding. The master has a queen size memory foam mattress, and has an ensuite bathroom. The guest room has a queen bed. Both bathrooms have been updated, with water efficient toilets. Both bathrooms also have curved shower rods, providing you a spacious place to shower. Bed linens and towels provided. We do not guarantee hygiene toiletries, so please bring your own.

There is a gear storage room with built in racks and hooks for ski/snowboard storage, as well as, a 2 hose boot/glove dryer. There are additional hooks/pegs throughout the main entrance area for hanging up wet gear.

The property has four communal indoor hot tubs, large game/ community room, an outdoor fire pit, outdoor grill, and private parking. There are laundry facilities available on each floor, quarters are required. The condo has wireless internet and free long distance house phones! Cellular phones likely won't work well here.

Quiet hours are enforced between 11pm to 7am, so all guests can get some rest before the next big day of fun. The building manager lives on the premise and monitors this rule. Snowcrest is a quiet and safe place for your next vacation.
If quiet hours are violated, building manager may remove you and your party from the premises WITHOUT a refund.

We are a no pet rental. If building manager sees you with pets, you may be removed WITHOUT a refund.

As a private property, we are not ADA compliant.

*** Cancellation Policy*** Reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to check-in will result in a 100% refund of all deposits paid. Cancellations 14-29 days prior to check-in will result in a 50% refund of total amount paid. Cancellations Less than 14 days prior to check-in will result in the return of security deposit only.
