Place was very clean. Well positioned to basically ski right out your back door, although tough walk coming back up - lol. Kitchen was fully stocked, even down to spices and cooking oil. Overall, five star experience, would definitely come back. Great place.
We’ve stayed in this condo before, and that’s why we chose it again. The location is great, and the parking is super convenient. We had a little snafu at check in, but it was resolved quickly. We’ll definitely consider this rental again!Keith B. Ellis
Condo was well equipped. The mud room at the front door was perfect for leaving ski equipment. Perfect for 4 adults. Advertised as room for 6 but the downstairs bathroom is included with the bedroom. Consider adding a door to the bedroom downstairs to allow others to use the bathrooms while others sleep.. this was only issue.
We really enjoyed our stay. Property was clean, kitchen was fully stocked and location was perfect. Communication with property manager was great too. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for the family to stay and very close to the trail!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very helpful when I had questions and responded very quickly. We certainly would come back here again!
The place is perfect to ski in/out, has a wood burning fireplace (w/ easy access to wood), a wonderful owner who provides great communication and a fun/cozy condo perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples! We had a blast and will be back!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the pictures are an accurate representation of the property. It's comfortable and cozy, and has everything you need for a great getaway. We would happily stay here again!
Had a good stay in this condo. Did have to walk the Shamrock trail in and out (it's a little steep for kids, but not too bad). Cooked some meals and kitchen was nice.
We enjoyed our stay very much! We kept a fire going and enjoyed watching movies and cooking while the kids ripped up the slopes! Great location, ski right out the back door! Excellent communication on check in and other topics along the way. Thanks for hosting us Blake!
Very nice property. Well kept and very comfortable for a family to enjoy. The couches were very comfortable, and the wood burning fireplace was a great way to relax after dinner in the evenings. The slopes are a short walk from the unit. My family and I would definitely rent this property again.
My wife, and I, and our 17 year old son enjoyed 3 days of great skiing. We have stayed at Shamrock before and booked this condo because we really liked the location. Super convenient as access to the slopes is right outside the condo. This unit is nicely updated and the owner is a pleasure to work with. We’ll definitely consider this condo for our future trips to Snowshoe.

Excellent!!
This condo was exactly what was represented. Beautifully remodeled! The nicest unit I've stayed in at Snowshoe. Also just feet from the slopes. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating. I will definitely stay there again!!
This condo is in a great neighborhood, with easy access to the slopes. Great to be able to park right in front of the unit. Main living area and master bed/bath were nicely updated. Second bed/bath in need of updates. Would definitely recommend staying here.
I went with my husband and another couple to Snowshoe at the end of January, it was our first time there and we had a great experience! We stayed at Unit #40 and loved that we were able to ski-out onto the Shamrock Run. The home was very cozy, we loved the wood burning fireplace and living room setup. Everything was very clean- the only thing I would recommend to add would be a comforter on the bed (just a sheet and a quilt was a bit thin). Would highly recommend to any visitor!
We had a fantastic time at Snowshoe and a very smooth rental experience. The property was perfect for our family and it was nice to be so close to the slopes and be able to ski right out. There is a bit of a climb to get back up to Shamrock, but this unit is as close as you can get once your up the hill. Blake was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
This was our first time at Snowshoe and it will NOT be our last! This is one of the best locations in Shamrock with the ski out literally just outside the door, and the heated entryway for gear was a game-changer with kids. The condo had plenty of room for our family of four to enjoy a week without being on top of each other constantly and the full kitchen allowed us to cook or do carryout- no eating out every single meal. The only drawback, and this is true for pretty much everywhere in Snowshoe, was that the "ski in" location is a little bit of a hike- not terrible, but maybe 100 yards uphill. Just be sure to save a little energy or plan to have one of the adults swing by the lift in a car for pickup!
The end unit in Shamrock is in an ideal location in that you can walk to Applachia Kitchen/Tuque's Bar in about 5 minutes. There is a suttle stop there as well. You are also just 3 miles from Silver Creek is you want to snow tube, ride horses, or hit the new Old Spruce Brewing (I highly recommend all three). Additionally, if there is enough snow you can litterally ski out the back door, down the Shanrock connector and be at the top of the Powder Ridge lift.
The bedrooms are good-sized for a ski condo with one upstairs and one downstairs for a little privacy. There is a wood-burning fireplace.
There were a few issues: one broken toilet seat and the breaker will trip if you run the oven and 2 burners simultaneously. Also, bring your own paper towels, extra toilet paper, spices, oil etc.( if you plan to cook).

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Ok for skiers
Communication with owner very limited we typically like property information and questions answered more than two days before arrival especially since non refundable. Arrived after sundown which truly caused problems signage and door numbers not easy to find. Driveway pretty much ice covered due to recent storm another resident warned me not to park directly in front of unit as car would “get wiped out” when others came sliding down hill on ice......no ice melt inside as other residents had mentioned we would find. Comfortably furnished upstairs bath appeared recently renovated. Downstairs bedroom icy couldn’t get it warm .
We loved Shamrock Unit 40. Perfect 2 bedroom that included everything you needed. This unit is updated and we loved the decor...vintage ski pictures were our favorite. Kitchen was great and there was plenty of seating when we had friends over. Beds were comfortable...also too comfortable (hard time getting the kids up to get the early runs in) the Mud room was fantastic to store all your gear and transition from slopes to condo. Layout was great as well - main floor bathroom was separate (off hallway connecting to lower bedroom) from kitchen and living room.
Location was good...we didn’t have enough snow but it was an easy 50 yard walk to the slopes. If we had the snow you could pop on the skis and hit the slopes right outside the back door.
The unit is close to 2 Appalachian Grill (upscale restaurant) which we loved and Pizza By The Slice...(wood fire) was our favorite pizza spot. The Village is walkable, however we were lazy and decided to take a 2 minute drive that had plenty of parking.
We would definitely stay at Shamrock Unit 40 again...thank you for the memories.
