Welcome to the mountains and our charming condo at picturesque Snowshoe!

Located in community of Leatherbark, a short walk from the village, this 2bed/2bath condo is at entry-level (no stairs!) with all the conveniences you need for your time on the mountain.

Condo in the Clouds offers 2 well-appointed bedrooms featuring a master with a king and second bedroom with a queen bed. The master has a bath en suite. Both have plenty of storage!

Conveniences for guests include an in-unit washer & dryer, tub in the master bath and mounted hairdryers.

The cozy living room features an electric fireplace, and offers additional sleeping space with a comfy futon sofa beds. Whether hitting the slopes, the biking and hiking trails or exploring the area, this gorgeous rental is the perfect home base for your getaway.

Return ALL thermostats to 62 degrees (winter only). Close ALL windows.

Decent little place, the host is super responsive and nice. The only down sides where the wifi didn’t seem to work very well, would have to disconnect and reconnect every few minutes, and there weren’t enough bath towels. Granted I didn’t ask about either just due to forgetting after long days, but seemed like things that would just be there.

The property was clean and matched the description in the post. The host was very helpful and prompt with her responses to our questions. It was about a 5 minute walk to the village, which was great, since parking at the village is limited. It was the perfect place to stay for our weekend ski trip!

Perfect ski and snowboard condo

This was the most perfect condo for our group. We are 4 adults and the place was spacious and clean. Plenty of couch space and dining room table area. Host was very responsive if I had any questions. 10/10 would stay again! We came to ski and snowboard, so it was wonderful having the shuttle right at the front of the complex.

Thank you for the feedback. An alternative to the approximately 1.5 block walk to the nearest lift (the Ballhooter), is taking the free bus service which stops right in front of the property.

Why they chose this property

In Leatherbark you find the best of both worlds at Snowshoe: close proximity to the village, ski slopes and bike trails, yet far enough to have a peaceful vacation on the mountain. This small community is a mix owner-used and rentals, which means you are often going to encounter a neighbor with knowledge of the mountain and neighborhood.

There is a communal fire pit with firewood provided, along with communal grills and plenty of space for kids to play in the grassy area behind the buildings. It’s a great place to be on the mountain!

Lovingly cared for, Condo in the Clouds at Leatherbark 206A aims to offer the conveniences you need and enjoy so your time on the mountain is a perfect getaway!

From the coffee bar in the large living area to the stocked kitchen, we aim to have much of what you need for your stay all ready for your arrival. The bedrooms are designed to be comfortable and welcoming, and the condo a restful spot after a day on the trails, be it snow sports, biking or hiking.
