Bissets Bond is a modern two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Dundee City Centre, set in a B listed former bonded whisky warehouse and newly refurbished to a very high standard.

The living/dining room has two huge full height arched windows, a 58-inch smart TV and dimmable spotlights and wall lights. The modern kitchen has another arched window, an induction hob, built-in oven/grill, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a luxurious Emma hybrid mattress and built-in wardrobes with mirrored doors. The second bedroom has a compact double bed suitable for one person, an Emma mattress and a built-in wardrobe with mirrored doors.

The bathroom has a bath with rainfall shower, heated towel rail and heated LED mirror.

The apartment is on the elevated ground floor, above street level, offering a good degree of privacy, with a secure entry door controlling access to the block.

Great Location
