Our Two Bedroom Top Floor Apartment, accessed via stairs only, is well situated close to University and NHS. Enjoy this spacious Apartment with Open Plan Lounge/Kitchen, Two Good Sized Bedrooms with King and Double Beds and Bathroom.  

Space, light and very well presented, furnished to high standard to make a stylish and comfortable stay!Located on the Top Floor (Third) close to the University and Ninewells.Generous sized Double Bedroom with King Size Bed and plenty of storage, further Double Bedroom with fitted wardrobe. Bright and roomy Lounge with Sofas including Sofa Bed and Open Plan to fully equipped modern kitchen. Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Oven and Hob and all other small appliances. Light Bathroom with curved bath and shower above. 

Dundee is located on the east coast of Scotland and is around a 50 minute drive from Edinburgh Airport and around a 25 minute drive from St. Andrews.Dundee is a coastal city on the Firth of Tay estuary in eastern Scotland. Its regenerated waterfront has 2 nautical museums: RRS Discovery, Captain Scott’s Antarctic expedition ship, and 19th-century warship, HM Frigate Unicorn.North of the water, Verdant Works is a museum celebrating the city’s jute-manufacturing heritage.The McManus: Dundee’s Art Gallery & Museum displays art and archaeological finds.The V&A Dundee – the first branch of the V&A to operate outside of London – is the main centre piece of the waterfront project.

Fantastic Property

Highly advise staying in this property. The location is fantastic and the inside of the property is beautiful, all amenities were provided which meant for an easy stay. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Good flat - well positioned and clean

We enjoyed staying in this flat. It was convenient for us when we were visiting family just after lock down but before we were allowed to stay with them. The flat had everything we needed and was clean and convenient. The beds were super comfy. Occasionally there was noise outside, but nothing really to disturb us; and it was a really hot week so usually perhaps we had all the windows open completely all night - so we would hear any noise. For those who don’t know Dundee this flat is walking distance to town and to a lovely park and hill (in the other direction). Shops are around the corner to pick up milk etc. We had no problem with parking or with access. The flat was complete with anti bac hand gel.
