We had a lovely stay in this property.From the sun trap of an outdoor space, excellent facilities, stylish decor and generous welcome basket, we had everything we needed to have a relaxing few days by the sea. It also helped that the weather was sunny and the locals warm and friendly. Jennifer was a fantastic host and always available to answer any questions.The location is so close to the shops, bars and restaurants too. We would definitely come back to this property in the future.

We had a fantastic time stay in this apartment great location for beach and tiown centre of broughty ferry. Town was super friendly had loads of nice chats ..Would thoroughly recommend this place.

As an elderly couple, in our nineties, we were looking for a comfortable apartment close to the beach. We found this apartment to be perfect for our purpose, it is equipped with everything any holiday maker could require. The beds are comfortable, and tea, coffee, sugar are supplied, along with a surprise basket of goodies. We didn't meet our hgstess Jennifer in person, but she sent text to check overything was alright, and was helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the walk to the town, enabling us to have meals out, and enjoy Broughty Ferry icecream.

Saubere und gemütliche Ferienwohnung nahe dem Strand. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt als Familie sehr genossen.Einzig irritierend waren die Jugendlichen, die abends mit ihren lauten Autos und Motorsägen durch die Straßen gefahren sind.

Everything was perfect. Clean, well laid out, great host availability, near to shops. This area is a great outdoor playground; stones throw from the beach and safe and fast cycle paths. Easy and short walk into town and the shops and train station. There is so much to do in this area; it’s fantastic. Trains are very accommodating for bike travel meaning it’s easy to cycle somewhere are return by train. All in all. Fantastic.
