The house is on a good location, close to many attractions. The owner was easy to get in contact with, great communication. There was plenty of room for our family.

Nice place...nice value!
Dr. Mia was a great hostess...everything was ready for us when we arrived, including a wonderful aroma with a freshly lit candle. It was a great deal, and a great place. Parking seemed like it would be a challenge, but even with 3 vehicles we had no problem finding parking. I will likely stay there next time I'm in Philly too!

great!
It was an amazing place to be at to get away for a while. It was just hard trying not to disturb the neighbors but the house was overall beautiful. A lot of places nearby which was very helpful.

Decent Experience
Grateful to have amenities in the restroom, towels available, and it seemed clean. On the other hand, there were quite a few things that weren’t quite accommodating. One of the beds wasn’t usable and I would have like to have been warned about it prior. The a/c wasn’t working and the host wasn’t able to fix it until after our stay making it quite uncomfortable to sleep. Otherwise it was a decent experience.

Guest stayed 2 nights.
Unfair review!!
This is a 3 bedroom property with 5 beds and 1 sofa to accomodate 7 guests or up to 10 with self provided bedding for additional guests for about $99/ night!!
Fully furnished, beds, sheets, towels, blankets, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, ceiling fans, etc....
7 miles from downtown down Kelly Drive.
Never received any complaint from this guest about bed issue. Property cleaned after her stay did not reveal bed issue.
The weather was in the 60's when she stayed so the air conditioning did not come as as it was not hot enough.
We did send maintenance to view A.c.
We look forward to hosting you!

Great place on size & proximity to much!
The owner's description and pictures of the property were so good and definitely accurate. Very spacious place, great for our family. Just as described and told to us. The owner communicated wonderfully with us and assisted us as well with our stay, all greatly appreciated. The place was clean and ready for us, with plenty of beds, towels and washcloths for our stay. Happy to hear that there are other places the owner has and look forward to staying again! Great proximity to downtown Philly as well as Philly suburbs - all of which we did. Thanks again!

Michelle,
It was so lovely to host your family of 6 to visit your college age daughter studying nearby for Easter today!
Your communication was stellar and was much appreciated.
I really value effective communication from guests.
It maximizes guests expectations so that they can relax and enjoy their stay with us!
Thank you for caring for the property and cleaning up after your group.
Guests like that we offer many of the comforts of home, and starting at about $100/ night. We can accomodate up to 10 guests, they can enjoy a 3 bedroom, 2 story, fully fitted home versus 1 small hotel room for about the same price.
We look forward to hosting you all again. Check us out in Atlanta, Philadelphia, Cape Town, South Africa etc.
Take care and safe travels!

Not what the Dr. Ordered
Booked this place for my Brother-in-law, as I told him it was better to have a house than a hotel room...when your traveling with 4 children....When they arrived at this location, they were not happy at all....described it a being in the projects....not at all how it was described in the posting...very scetchy neighborhood, a single door with a padlock on it seperating one unit from another. They ended up going to a hotel and getting rooms, where they felt safe. Also, the posting said it was close to Seaseme St. park.....not so much. Dr. Mia needs to be a little more honest with the description of this property.
