On the first level you will find a bedroom with its own private bath and the laundry area. As you move up to the main level, there is the living room, 2 dining areas, a sitting area and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen that is ready for all of your culinary creations! The 3rd level hosts the master bedroom with private bath and 2 additional bedrooms with a shared bath. The 4th level has a private suite with its own bathroom and a private balcony that gives you a view of the bay!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* The community resort fee includes parking for 3 cars and 6 pool passes. The price is as follows 1/1 to 5/25 = $125, 5/26 to 9/12 = $225, 9/20 to 12/31 = $125. Additional pool and parking passes may be purchased at $75 each. These fees will be due at the time of check-in at Sunset Island. We are not responsible for any changes/ differences in community fees or changes in pool operation/ closures.

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* There is parking for 3 vehicles- 1 in the garage and 2 on the driveway outside of the garage.
* Quick access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 67th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* The private Sunset Island beaches do not allow 4 post canopies or coverings.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 12 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
