Just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, Sunset Island offers Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Kiddie Pool, Three Private Beaches, Fitness Center, Boat Slips, Crabbing Pier, Island Cafe/Restaurant, General Store, 24 Hour Security With Gated Access, and Interactive Fountain and great community activities. Short drive to popular bars and restaurants such as Seacrets,  Fager's Island,  Mackey's, Dead Freddy's, and a lot more! 

Amenity Fees: $220.00 covers 6 facility & 3 parking passes.  Please note, additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week. 

This property does not allow group rentals. Online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

A wonderful place to stay.

Everything was great - much appeared to be new. It was very well furnished and equipped. The description on the VRBO site wasn't very clear which resulted in our renting many unnecessary items. Would definitely rent again.

Not worth the money

The neighborhood and house are really great. However, it’s way too much money to pay for a house to not be clean. I don’t think the bathroom was cleaned at all. There was hair in the shower and literal dirt on the tub and a new clothing tag piece on the floor, I don’t think it was even vacuumed let alone cleaned. We found clumps of hair in the towel and there was a streak of I have no idea what on the comforter in the main bedroom. They also didn’t give us fitted sheets for all the beds so we had to sleep on top of flat sheets which isn’t great with kids who move around a lot. Again, the house is spacious and nice, and the location is great for Ocean City, but it’s a lot of money to pay for things to not feel clean and comfortable.

Nice place very well kept for the most part. The description of bedroom beds on VRBO was off compared to sunset island web site, so unsure of sheets to bring. We made do and not a huge deal, just need VRBO to update their site. The microwave door was coming off, I called the rental office but never got a response. Overall, though a great house and great time was had by all. Highly recommend!!@

Amazing vacation!

We had a wonderful stay. My whole family enjoyed the proximity of the house to the clubhouse and beach. The house was beautifully updated with a stocked kitchen. We cooked a couple of times and it had the utensils we needed. We had views of the bay from all of the balconies in the house. We will be coming back!

Overall, the house and location was fabulous. We had a few minor bumps with communication. We never received the email with the check-in information, and our check-in packet was not in the unit. Lastly, we chose this location for the amenities, and when we went to use the amenities, they were not available to us because we were renters. We found that frustrating because our check-in packet said those amenities were available to us as part of our stay. If the amenities are not part of the stay, they should not be listed and not included in the overall cost.
