Enjoy a beach & bay experience! This 3,100 sq ft. home is nestled between the beach and bay within walking distance to shopping and many popular restaurants. This 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home is in a gated community with 24 hour security. A resort island atmosphere with many amenities that include an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, fitness center, two fishing and crabbing piers, three private beaches, Sunset Island Bar & Grill restaurant, and Marisols Cafe featuring ice creams, Starbucks and other coffees, deli sandwiches, beer & wine, light grocery items and personal essentials.

Prime Mid-town location within a block from trendy spots like —the beach — Ron Jon’s surf shop, Shade Shack, Sweet Frog, Dunkin Donuts, OC paddle board rentals, bowling alley, Late Nite Liquors, Kite Loft, Rick’s Market, clothing & jewelry boutiques, King Cone, and Old Pro Putt Putt indoor/outdoor golf. Fantastic Family Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning townhome! It was the perfect size for our four-generation family, with plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The amenities were fantastic—such a treat not to have to pack extra beach gear. The outdoor deck was the perfect spot to relax together after dinner.The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the pool and beach, and the nearby bus stop made getting around easy. The home was spotless, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay.We would absolutely plan another family vacation here again!

Summer 2024

Scott and Cyndi have a fantastic place with everything you need for a perfect vacation. Plenty of beach supplies (chairs, carts, umbrellas), a gas grill, bicycles, and two kayaks with a launch point just outside the front door. We cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Sunset Island is a beautiful little community. Cyndi was very responsive to any questions we had.
