Breathtaking Beachfront House

The home has three floors and a garage in the basement.

Four bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight people (nine, if there is a baby under 2 years old sleeping in a cot), two full bathrooms, and a half-bath.

On the main floor, you’ll find a spacious living-dining room, a separate kitchen with a galley, a half-bath, and a large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy the magnificent ocean views. The terrace provides direct access to the beach.

Three of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and access to a private terrace facing the ocean. The second bedroom has two single beds and a travel cot (please let us know if you’ll need the cot set up for your stay). The third bedroom on this floor has a king-size bed. This floor also features a full bathroom with a bathtub.

The second floor features the fourth bedroom with a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a bathtub, and a walk-in closet. This floor also provides access to the spacious rooftop terrace with ocean views.

The home is equipped with all amenities, including air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living-dining room. The home has four terraces, three of which face the ocean and one at the front of the house for enjoying the mid-afternoon sun.

It features a spacious basement with space for three or four cars, as well as the option to park right in front of the house for free.
