We had an amazing time at Villa Josefina! The villa is really nice, the location is perfect and really close to the beach. The host Juan is very friendly and responsive! Whenever we had a question, Juan responded quickly and was very helpful with everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! :)

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Valencia! The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group of nine. The swimming pool was definitely the highlight—we spent hours relaxing and having fun together. The outdoor area was great for meals and evenings with friends. The location was convenient, quiet, and within easy reach of the city and the beach. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable group holiday.

The hosts were very nice and helpful. They were also very flexibel with the check in and check out. We had very good contact with them.The house was 1 minute from the beach or the supermarkt. The city centre was about 15 min with car. There were airco’s everywhere, the kitchen had a lot of supplies and the rooms were good overall. The pool was also very Nice.We had a very pleasant stay without any complains.

Great property for ten of us adults. AC throughout. Walk to the beach. Washer for laundry. Walk to the grocery store- bring a good tote bag. Our biggest complaint which is small is that the lockbox can be too high for shorter people. Also, the upstairs bathroom has a shower spray hookup but that tub/shower is really not useful. There were two other showers though. Responsive and friendly host!

Excellent house close to the beach with perfect public transport. Close to shops, local cafés and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here to enjoy the local culture!

The position of this house is so perfect to explore Valencia. It’s right by a great beach with restaurants within walking distance in both directions. We were 8 ladies who wanted a bed each and we got this in the 5 bedrooms. The outside space was fabulous and the pool was warm and bigger than we had thought it might be. The bus to the city stopped within a few metres of the gate and the supermarket was close by too. We had a very warm welcome from the hosts and we would love to return

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean when we arrived. The sea is so closeby which is great. There’s also a biking rental closeby. But what i liked the most is the service of Juan. He really helped us with everything. I could just text him and he was really helpful. Would definitely recommend

The property is in a brilliant location. A few minutes to a fantastic beach and easy to get into the centre of Valencia by cab or metro. We stayed for a month this summer and thoroughly enjoyed it!

Fantastic holiday villa

We had a fantastic time staying in this lovely villa. Juan was very helpful and communication was easy. We loved the pool and garden and the villa was spacious and clean. Will hopefully be back to stay another time!

Casa Josephine

This Casa was large enough to accommodate 9 people comfortably. The pool and outdoor area was clean and gave our 1 year old child room to play. The Casa is located a short walk from the sea and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent location for our stay, near beach and metro. Juan and Isobel were very kind and helpful and even booked our special meal at a lovely tapas restaurant. All 8 of us would definitely recommend this holiday property!
