There is an air of home in the beautiful MANSARDA VERDE, a cozy three-room apartment located within a building with a strategic location, facing the lake and along the main road leading toward Lugano.
This attic apartment welcomes you with the lovely living room, consisting of a dining table for 4 people and a relaxing area with a comfortable sofa and TV to watch a movie with friends. Here, light streams in from the panoramic windows that give a wonderful view of Lake Lugano. In a separate room is the kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners just like at home!
There are two bedrooms, a romantic double and a single room (a second pull-out single bed is also available upon request), making the apartment perfect for families, but also for groups of friends wishing to visit Ticino.
Concluding the apartment is the bathroom with shower.
A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.
Wifi is available for guests.

The apartment has a proven parking space outside adjacent to the building.

- SAFE CHECK-IN WITHOUT CONTACT: you will receive the MASTERLOCK CODE and an email with INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO to do the CHECK-IN IN AUTHONOMY
- DISINFECTION of the keybox and keys
- WASHING sheets and towels at 90°. 
- COMPLETE CLEANING of the apartment with attention to SANITIZATION of all surfaces and use of special products
- STERILIZATION of dishes
- CAREFUL DISINFECTION of handles, switches, remote controls

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.
Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

Access: This is a SELF CHECK-IN apartment: we will not be present at the property when you arrive, but upon confirmation of your reservation you will receive an email with INSTRUCTIONS with photographs and VIDEO for entry and parking; in addition, we will be available by phone for assistance.
