An absolute gem of a place! This cottage has a stunning view of the Peak District and is beautifully decorated throughout. It is of the beaten track but Buxton is only a few minutes away in the car. Ideal location for exploring the Peak District with the towns of Bakewell, Matlock, Matlock Bath and Crich between 1/2 - 1 hour away. Ashford in the water is beautiful and the Ashford Arms is a wonderful place to eat.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Headland Farm and we couldn’t have asked for better accommodation for the price we paid! Absolutely everything had been thought of to make the stay comfortable and even bottle of Prosecco and mint chocolates on arrival. Also, the hosts were super kind and accommodating and we couldn’t have asked for more! (Thankyou so much!) We will definitely be returning!
