Awesome!

The property is inside a private park thus very quiet, yet super close to the city centre by public transport. Design furnitures and a well equipped kitchen made for a nice stay, and the heated swimming pool was really nice to finish the day once the kids were in bed. We will come back in summer, so we can enjoy also the outdoor space!

We enjoyed being surrounded by nature and able to go into the city! It was quiet and peaceful. Saw many animals and experienced the culture. The tram is easy to take to and from. Be sure to bring your walking shoes because you will do a lot of walking!

Very lovely and special place

We had a great time at the pool. The flat was spacious and the kitchen was very user friendly. The flat felt warm, but I communicated to property managers and they immediately responded in adjusting the thermostat which is located outside of the property. The host was very responsive.

Down town without being down town.

This place could not be in a better location. You would never know that you are practically down town Florence while staying in this little oasis. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained were you wake up to the deer, pheasant, and ducks with your morning coffee. The stairs to the second story bedroom can be treacherous so be cautious going up and down and the upstairs bathroom is quite small, however the bottom bathroom makes up for it! Now the spa underneath is a real treat! The water temperature is perfect, the atmosphere is absolutely serene. Good wine, music and friends makes for a magical night in this beautiful home.

Conveniently located but ideally isolated

We stayed here for a few nights after a couple of busy sightseeing spells in Florence and Rome. It was just what we needed to have a fun (for the kids in the pool) and relaxing (for the adults in the garden and the house) end to the holiday. There are lots of amenities in walkable distance including the tram stop which we didn't use - our boys just didn't want to leave the pool/TV! The host was very welcoming and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for the first couple of hours and journey back towards the airport, which is very close. The serenity of the beautiful, expansive gardens was broken, only minutely, by the distant sound of ambulance sirens from the neighbouring hospital and the infrequent noises from the pool pump. The layout of the bedrooms didn't quite work for us but overall we are very happy with our stay there and would recommend this for 4-5 young adults or a family with two children. I particular ly enjoyed the outdoor speakers! Grazie mille, Giacamo.
