Ruim, schoon huisje met zwembad

Fijn huis. We hadden geluk dat we deels geen buren en deels rustige buren hadden. Zo was delen zwembad prima en hadden we ook geen geluidsoverlast, waar in andere recensies over wordt gesproken. Weg naar huisje is deels slecht (smal, los grind, gaten in de weg). Vanuit huisje is het 10 minuten rijden naar Labin en Rabac. Lopen is niet echt een optie in de zomer (te heet).

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool

Wir (4 EW+3 K) verbrachten sehr erholsame Tage in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus Nr. 6 (es hat den größten Pool). Aber auch die anderen Häuser sind ähnlich und sehen sehr nett aus. Wenn man eine ruhige Unterkunft abseits des Touristenortes sucht ist man dort genau richtig. Trotz sehr warmen Sommertemperaturen war es, durch die erhöhte Lage im bergigen Hinterland, in der Nacht immer ein paar Grad kühler als unten im Ort. Die Ausstattung des Hauses, einschließlich der Küche ist mehr als ausreichend. Man fühlt sich sofort zuhause. Abwicklung mit Frau Dudan vor Ort war unkompliziert und auch Herr Angelo war mal kurz zu Besuch. Er spricht hervorragend Deutsch und war sehr freundlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Zufahrt - es ist eine doch sehr holprige Schotterstraße, an welche wir uns dann aber doch recht schnell gewöhnten. Man muss sich allerdings Bewusst sein, dass man für jeden Einkauf mindestens ca. 3 - 5 km nach Labin fahren muss. Dort hat man mit Lidl, Spar, Konzum usw. aber eine sehr gute Auswahl. Auch nach Rabac sind es ca. 5 km. Wir hatten Räder dabei, welche wir aber mit den Kindern nur begrenzt bis gar nicht genutzt haben. Nach Rabac per Fahrrad ist mit Kindern in der heißen Jahreszeit nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr steil und nur was für Sportler. Aber in Rabac gibt es einen schön angelegten Radparcour u. Pumptrail in verschiedenen Schwierigkeitsstufen (von Familientrail bis sehr sportlich). Das hat auch den Kids sehr gut gefallen. Wir können die Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Wir haben alles wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos beschrieben vorgefunden. Alles Top!
