You’ll have your own private kitchen & bathroom fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay including A/C. Get ready for a truly Berlin experience complete with high ceilings just a stone's throw away from famous Kurfürstendamm.

It's in a good location. But the check in time of 4 PM and checkout time of 10 AM is too extreme. Too tight for 4 people and the kitchen is not stocked with the basic items at all.

Die Wohnung war sehr verschmutzt und in die Jahre gekommen. Im Regal lag Wäsche und wir haben erst einmal geputzt. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Auch nach Support nicht. Föhn fehlte. Das Umfeld war nicht sehr vertrauenerweckend. Die Fenster sind mit Folie verklebt und nach einem Blick in den Hof weiß man auch warum Zudem ist das Haus eingerüstet und eine Baustelle.
Leider war nichts sauber, sehr viele Haare

Guter Stopover

Wir haben in dieser Ferienwohnung einen Stopp auf unserem Weg von Dänemark. Es war sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Es gab aber ein Paar kleine Problemchen - Kaffeemaschine ging nicht an- Eine der Deckenlampen ging nicht, die andere hat ab und zu geblinkt- Der ursprünglich zugeschickte Code ging nicht (oder ich war zu Dumm um es korrekt zu nutzen). Dafür war die Kommunikation mit der Hotline perfekt, obwohl es spät Abend war. Der KI-Anrufbeantworter hat meine Aufforderung zum "Verbinde mit Mensch" sofort bearbeitet. Die freundliche Dame hat uns einen neuen Code zugeschickt, und geleitet, wie man die Türe aufmacht. - Parkplatzsuche war schwer, erst 3 Straßen weiter einen gefundenInsgesamt war es aber immer noch sehr ordentlich für eine Nacht.
