Music Row Condo -Guitar Shaped Pool

Recently-renovated, one bedroom condo close to downtown (Broadway), within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. Decorated with country music memorabilia, all new furnishings as of June 2017. Comfortable king-size bed and very comfortable state-of-the-art queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress.Very well stocked with dishes, cookware, linens. Fast, secure internet. Large shower. Washer/dryer. Pack and Play for little ones. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer and linens provided. The short term rental permit is: T2020033729.



We are located on the fourth floor of the historic Spence Manor building, which was originally built as a five-star hotel for Elvis to stay when he recorded at the historic RCA Studio B. Other notables who stayed at Spence Manor include The Beatles, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, and many more. The building has been converted into individually-owned condos. The location is very convenient to downtown, where country music reigns, Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, and The Gulch. Broadway and its many honky-tonks, is located about a mile away, a $5-6 Uber ride, usually. Many record labels and publishing companies are located within the block. We have been in the short-term rental business since the 1990's and pride ourselves on the cleanliness and comfort that our rentals provide for our guests.

I highly recommend staying here. It was a very beautiful and quiet area. Bars and restaurants are walkable distance. The property inside was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Parking was amazing. Downtown is a 5 minute drive.

Beautiful home away from home

We stayed for a week and had an amazing time. The condo was a short distance from Broadway in a lovely quiet neighborhood whilst still being very close to bars/ places to eat. The condo was immaculate and very comfortable. Every aspect of our stay was perfect and we would love to stay here again when we return to Nashville.

Perfect getaway

Location was amazing. So close to everything. The condo was beautiful & had everything we needed & could have wanted. Communication with Carlos was excellent, he answered all our questions & even gave us restaurant recommendations for the day we arrived. We cannot say enough great things about our stay.
