This is our 2 BEDROOM condo that sleeps 6 comfortably. It was designed & decorated with a very CLEAN, MATTE BLACK & SLEEK VIBE! The attention to detail is portrayed throughout the entire place & is truly one of a kind in the building!

MAIN:
The sleek matte black kitchen opens up into the living room. The kitchen has all NEW black slate appliances & is stocked with the essentials to cook a small meal if you'd like. The kitchen island has 4 bar stools for plenty of seating. The living room has a very cozy feel for you to relax & enjoy.

BATH:
Floating matte black double vanity sink & DOUBLE GLASS SHOWERS - embrace yourself as we designed two glass showers next to each other to maximize on efficiency in the bathroom. One private toilet in the bathroom.

The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathroom, as well as extra blankets & pillows. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

Great location! Walkable to Music Row and a little longer but also walkable to Broadway. Very clean vrbo! Good check in and check out instructions. Only one parking pass, so if more than 2 cars you have to pay for a parking garage. Would stay again!

Phenomenal location and really great place that is well maintained. We were right in the middleof where all the music labels are and had very quick Uber rides to Broadway and East Nashville. Spotless unit and great location. Easy check in/out instructions. We walked to everywhere we needed to go. There are plenty of towels for the pool and shower with a washer/dryer in the unit which was nice. Great bars and restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking and walk to Lower Broadway in just over 15.
