This is our 1 BEDROOM / 1 BATH condo that sleeps 5 comfortably. This condo has the perfect touch of Music City decor that'll have you feeling like you're definitely on Nashville’s famous Music Row! This is perfect for those who want to be in the heart of Nashville's vibrant history, entertainment + local attractions!

Bedroom 1: Two Queen Beds (sleeps 4)

Common Area: Twin cot (sleeps 1)

MAIN:
The kitchen opens up into the living room. The kitchen has all the appliances essential to cook a meal. The living room has a very Nashville vibe with various guitars on the walls & a cozy feel for you to relax & enjoy while watching one of your favorite shows.

BATH:
There is a double sink vanity & standing glass shower. Each having their own door for more privacy while getting ready.

The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathroom, as well as extra blankets & pillows. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

Property is fantastic! Location is great—convenient to a lot of places of interest, but on a quiet street. Communication with property owners was extremely easy and friendly. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we’re in town.

The apartment was very well appointed comfortable and clean. It had everything (and more that we needed for our short stay). The location was perfect for us right on Music row with great access to all of Nashville including lower Broadway. The hosts were great and easily reachable. All in all definitely 5 out of 5 for us and we will certainly be booking with them in the future.

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. This was a great stay! Very clean and well kept condo. The beds were super comfortable and the hosts had everything we needed to ensure a great time. The condo is also extremely close to everything. We will be back to this one.

Great place for our first time in Nashville! I highly recommend it. The apartment was clean, spacious, and adequate for our needs. We ordered the items we needed from Walmart and were able to make breakfast every morning. There were plenty of dishes available and there was coffee, too. It was about a half hour walk to Broadway which was perfect for us. Thanks for everything!

Nashville - midweek stay

Last minute to Nashville for a couple nights. The apartment was a fantastic location about 1 mile walk to downtown mile walk to the Vanderbilt area. Check-in process very smooth, very flexible and was able to get in early. Very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here next time.

Perfect Nashville stay

Everything about this place was perfect. The location was exactly what we wanted, in a Music Row and close to The Gulch, the on site parking was a huge bonus. The quality and cleanliness of the accommodation was excellent, and we loved having use of the pool as it was extremely hot weather. Communication from the owners was great, check in and out was simple and straightforward. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great (safe) location with a lot of options for food and places to see live music ad walk

The condo itself was very nice, spacious and clean. A great place to get away from the downtown traffic, but an easy quick walk if you want to go downtown. The immediate area had a good selection of live music, food, parks, cute boutiques, and historical areas to walk. I will definitely stay here again!

Spent Labor Day weekend in Nashville for Virginia Tech-Vanderbilt football weekend. Really close to Broad Way and Vanderbilt. Nice location. Only issue was sofa bed malfunctioned but owners were extremely quick to respond and got it fixed quickly for us. I will definitely be back for a any future quick stays.

Such a fun property with everything thing you need. Wish it was warmer to enjoy the guitar shaped pool! The hostess are so nice and answer questions promptly! Will visit again and stay at one of their properties!

Great getaway spot!

Cute little apartment! They obviously consider details of travel needs/wants. Great owner communication. Secure & quiet building in a central location. A parking spot was never a problem; it's just tight spacing. For a one way street, surprising traffic volume during overnight hours - for light sleepers. Overall, terrific spot for a getaway!

Great location if you like to walk. The owner was quick to respond. Smells nice. We did A LOT of walking so during some downtime we tried to watch TV. We couldn’t watch anything rated “adult”. We couldn’t cast our phones to the TV. The pool area is locked in April so we couldn’t sit by the pool either. There are some spongy spots in the floors of the condo. Otherwise, a good place to lay your head for a couple of nights.

This was Santa and Mrs. Claus's first try at VRBO! Unfortunately we didn't know the process to check-in at the property. Check in was 4:00 and we arrived at 3:00. There was no one to advise us of the procedures. We contacted VRBO and were told there were still people in the unit?We left and stopped for a snack. At 3:50 I received a text with entry codes. When we returned we were able to enter the unit. My wife took pictures and a video to ensure we wouldn't be responsible for any existing issues. Immediately we heard the water running in the toilet. I texted Lacey and she explained how to stop it from running. The interior decorations were appropriate and the unit was comfortable for my wife and I.The flooring was an inexpensive laminate that creaked when you walked on it. The toilet was loose and rocked when you sat on it and I think that the toilet handle was installed backwards. Other than that the unit was okay.The pool and surrounding deck area are in need of a deep cleaning. Lastly the parking spots are very tight .Overall it's all about location, location & location.
