Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Collect trash from indoor small and big bins, put it in plastic bags. Resyclables go to a smaller blue bin, while all regular trash goes to a big blue bin, both bins are located outside the kitchen.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All trash to be placed in the blue bin under the canopy and the recyclables in the smaller blue bin in the backyard.
At departure, turn off all lights, all electric equipment, baseboard, and window heaters, and take all trash out accordingly.
All towels to be left on the bathroom floor on the second floor.
