“Family-Friendly Fun: Spacious Home Near Top Attractions”

We are writing to express our disappointment with a recent guest (Natasha) who stayed at our property. Unfortunately, this guest left the property in an extremely bad condition and has since submitted multiple unfounded complaints against our property. During the guest's stay, they did not raise any issues with us and seemed to enjoy their time on our property. However, after they left, they submitted a long list of complaints that were baseless and not in line with our policies. Furthermore, the guest left the property in a very messy state and did not make any attempt to clean up after themselves. We immediately sent our team to check on the complaints that the guest had made after their departure, but we found that there was nothing wrong with the property. We provide new pots, chopping boards, and door mats to our guests and have never received any complaints about these amenities before. Our property is located in a quiet residential area with good neighbours who have lived there for over 22 years. We have never had any complaints of anti-social behavior from our neighbors before. We understand that sometimes, incidents outside of our property are beyond our control. The guest's motivation for their complaints seems to be their request for a refund. We believe that the guest is coming up with different excuses in order to get their refund, which is not in line with our policy. We want to express that we do not recommend this guest to any other hosts. We pride ourselves on providing an excellent experience for our guests and take pride in our property. We hope that future guests will understand that our property is well-maintained and kept in good condition, and we welcome any feedback that will help us improve our guests' experience.
